The two young men stood there, evaluating one another. Vin took note of the wind compression skill around Hamza's hands, while Hamza on the other hand ran his mind through all the info he knew about Vin. Including every rumor passed around in the last four days. "Wooden Mask!" Vin suddenly exclaimed as a wooden mask formed over his face.
Having already been in enough fights from a young age he wasn't surprised by the use of a rather simple magic. Attributing it to Vin's impressive control over many elements. That was what he thought until he saw his wind compression skill be used by Vin, without a slight difference from his own. Hamza quickly dashed over, quickly deciding not to let Vin activate anything else.
Seconds were spent cautiously but hastily moving towards his enemy. Five quick beams of lights shot out from Hamza's now outstretched fingered, releasing theme as he was only a few meters away. The speed of the beam was heavily limited by the fact the user was weak. This was the case for everyone, as if anyone could get light-speed attacks… no one would learn any other element.
The point was, despite it being slower than light it was still mighty fast compared to other skills at the same level coupled with its piercing abilities. That made it even more terrifying when Vin smiled in the face of all five beams. He dared to smile in the instant of a moment the beams were shot!
*Dink* *Dink* *Dink* *Dink* *Dink*
Five beams hit a shield of bone and ice with a loud thud as the shield perfectly defended against it. Vin, still smiling spoke to his opponent who was slightly shocked, "Ah, I didn't want to use this skill so early on. Light is indeed fast, too bad you're not strong enough to make it a threat." This time, Vin his arrogance strategically to bait Hamza into using more skills. The taunt failed as the level-headed fighter keeping his ferocious battle gaze as he was jumped back, but, he did activate more skills once he realized his fatal mistake of underestimating his opponent.
Three skilled were activated in quick succession by Hamza, "Light Aura, Dark Aura, Bright Spin!" A bright light and what could be imagined as a black light, or darkness, erupted off of his body. Any American would be proud of it was the fourth of July… and of course he was flying in the sky yelling 'boom.'
Wing began to move and pick up speed quickly around his body to form a small tornado with Hamza at the center. The small tornado brought beams of light that flared off the tornado at random moments with much higher speeds then when he first used the five light beams.
*Dink* *Dink* *Dink*
Another three beams of light were fired off, however, these came from the tornado. Alas for Hamza they could not destroy the shield yet, however scratching it was quite easy for the beams now.
The tornado did not see this as a detriment, in fact, it could not see. It could get bigger and faster though as it raged on, not slowing down at all. Vin stood still without making an attempt to stop it, cast any spell, of do anything at all. After all, people were paying to see this which would fuel his ego. As well he wanted future enemies to know if they take an inch he'd take a foot. There was no way this wasn't being recorded, the powerful can easily run through background check and this will show up clearly to show them to back down.
*Dink* *Dink* *Dink* *Dink*
Four more beams loudly clashed with the shield, this time it did substantial damage with the increased speed and strength from the tornado. Hamza however wasn't done and activated another skill, "Dark Typhoon!" The now miniature hurricane was dyed black from his most recent skill.
The white beams of light that appeared and spiraled around the fast hurricane to gain speed now had the darkness to help it. The darkness repelled the beams of light like a magnet, launching them with an exponential growth of speed.
*Thud* *Thud* *Crack*
The first two beams hit the shield, further damaging it as Vin stood behind it. The third finished the job and cracked the shield causing it to dissipate as Vin stopped providing energy to it, to go even further it went through the crack it made and tried to strike Vin. However, the beam was obstructed by a quickly created gauntlet of stone, bone, and wind. Although that beam was stopped there was a fourth one that aimed straight for his face, leaving a black marking on the wooden mask.
Vin was genuinely surprised his first opponent brought out enough strength to destroy his shield, causing him to blurt out with respect in his tone. "Woah! Without these gauntlets my hands would be mush." His carefree smile slightly diminished as he realized his enemy was likely out of new skills but he continued to plan in his head.
Instead of using his mouth to simply speak to the opponent he used it for a skill. "Bones Of Anarchy- Elementa Blades!" This caused bones to form in the air behind him with the shape of eight different arms. The skill was technically two skills as the second part branched off the first, the first being the arms of bones. The second skill summoned one sword in each hand formed from bone. In total eight simple long swords… except two weren't simple and the rest had elements on them. Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, and Dark.
The other two had more than one element, the first consisted of Lightning and Misfortune, giving the sword a cool appearance. Refusing to confine to a basic and normal shape the blade was zigzagged in shape, like lightning.
The last sword was outstanding as it wasn't made of one, it wasn't made of two, he'll it wasn't even made of three. But it was made of four entire elements. Frost, Storm, Magma, and the illusive Death. The sword's blade was like a frozen icicle coming out of a cloud, only to be connected to a glowing piece of rock. A cloud of black that was nearly imperceptible danced around inside the cloud, looking for life to infect with its poison.
The arm holding this magisterial sword flew towards the hurricane at frightening speeds and put it to its end. As the hurricane died out eighteen beams rushed to Vin's location, which caused the seven remaining arms wielding elemental weapons to block the beams.
Faced with such ridiculousness Hamza had to reflect on the entirety of his life for a moment while staying levelheaded. Though he took this moment mid fight to ask his enemy a quick question, "Could you explain how you could use such a skill immediately? There's no way you got that from a skill book." Genuinely the man was curious of Vin's technique, so he had to ask to satisfy his curiosity.
With wel deserved arrogance within his smile, Vin vaguely and simply explained it, "The more efficient the skill is, the easier it is to make a skill book."
The eight arms continued their flight around Vin at high speeds as if it showcase their abilities, "Now let us begin again."
Hamza quickly analyzed his options as he went silent again other than when using skills. He formed a gun shape with his fingers and aimed it at Vin. "Bang."
Dozens of beams of both light and dark pierced through the air aiming for Vin. The same number of thuds as the amount of beams came from in front of Vin. A helpless smile appear on Hamza's face as he knew he was gonna lose soon, but, decided he want giving up till he lost.
Eight golems erupted out the ground and slowly stomped over to Vin, being shredded into pieces by the circle of death that was the flying arms.
"Hamza, how about I enlighten you before this ends. Well. As it ends." De-summoning all the arms, Vin had an outstretched palm which was locked on Hamza who tried to form a wall of earth in front of him quickly in preparation for an attack, "50 Shades."
