To tell one dark secret or not

Back at the Kingdom of Pherenth within the castle inside a room were two of the twin brothers Clark and Cesar standing beside each other in front of their mother.

"We are here, what could it be that you want from us." Clark said with little annoyance in his voice.

"Is that any way to speak to your mother, the one who has brith you into this world?"

"Mother forgive brother Clark it may seem he has something far more important than you."

"Cesar shut your mouth or I will do it for you and mother you are important, but father has something of a greater importance for me to do as I am sure you two are awarded."

Yes, how can Queen Luann not know as she is the wife of King Vernon that their kingdom is at war with another kingdom and her Son Clark will be the one to lead the army.

No mother would not want such a thing for her son yet there is nothing the woman can do or say to change Clark and the husband's mind about it.

Especially Clark that boy wants to follow in his father footsteps and being to one

Queen Luann then took note of one missing person inside this room of her's.

"Will the two of you care to tell me where your sister Lucile is as it seems that girl is not here with the two of you. I did call for all my children, did I not."

The two brothers did not say a word looking at her then each other then back to her.

It was right at the moment she found the answer to the question and when Queen Luann found it her expression changed to one of someone who was pissed off.

"Lucile is with her isn't she no matter how many times, I tell that girl to stay away from that woman Must I need to punish the girl."

"Do that and she will hate you mother would desire to keep on seeing that woman behind your back."

Cesar says smiling as it is funny to him.

"Remove that smile off your face Cesar it is not a laughing matter, I don't want your sister to be getting close with that woman as you two should understand."

"Understand for what mother truly you are the only one who hates the woman, well you and brother here thanks to you seeding that hatred of yours into him. Besides letting it go there is no need to keep a strong hold on this hate for so long."

"Do you not see where I stand, your father after years of marriage giving that man son's needs and being a loving wife, I was cast once he met her betraying me by lying with that woman who has given him another son and now another child on the way in her belly. Mark my words my son's do not allow this to happen to you as well like me or the throne that is rightfully yours will be taken from you and passed on to the boy."

Clark wasn't too happy on hearing that and won't allow such a thing as that to happen.

His brother Cesar on the other hand was smiling even more to the point he laughed.

"What is the reason for you to be laughing now." Queen Luann asks her son.

"Forgive me mother, I do love you, but let us see the truth here you did not stay that loving wife to our father as a matter of fact you pay the man back with committing the same act with another man this resulting with her dear sister Luceil."

After hearing that the Queen didn't take it well, she smacked the young man in the face hard which Cesar wasn't expecting that to happen as his face changed quickly to anger.

His brother Clark was the one this time smiling to see such a sight to happen.

"Remember that I am your mother who you are talking to and I wish to hear no longer of words that may come to offend me."

"I am sorry mother, I might not disrespect, I was just speaking what is right."

"Enough of this wasting time mother would you kindly please get to the point."

Queen Luann listens to her son Clark and sees that it is best to leave the matter alone.

"Alright you are right, I wanted to say that tomorrow will be a trip back to my home. I was hoping that my children would like to come, but seeing that one of you will not be joining me, I at least hope that the two others will still be coming."

"Of course mother, I would love to tag along this visit with you and I am sure little sister Luceil will as well."

"You are quick to change yourself brother could it have been the work of mother hand against your face."

Clark said as he laughed Cesar was about to say a word back, but it was their mother who spoke first.

"Enough Clark do not laugh as the same could have happened to you if I want to or not. "

"Believe me brother, you would not like that as I am sure you love that face of yours too much for it to be hurt."

"Oh my dear brother Cesar aren't you speaking of yourself, you're the only one who loves more then himself."

The Queen sees that she is being ignored at the moment by her twin son's acting a certain way towards each other.

She move herself to stand

"I swear if I wasn't your mother, I would have thought you two hate each other deeply."

"Oh how can we mother we are twins who share a deep connection." Cesar said as it was a joke.

Clark rolled his eyes at how stupied he found what his brother let come out of his mouth.

"Nonetheless, beside me, tell you two about this trip to see my family. I would like to also seek their help with the boy Loren. He has been away for some time since leaving and I know that boy is secretly working on something to use against this kingdom there no doubt about it."

"How can you be a curtain mother? I doubt he has the courage to do such a thing."

"Oh Clark, how one could be so blind of foolishness, stop thinking low of Loren and begin trying to see what talents that deep within him are ones that you may have yet to know about."

Cesar was the only one in the room to know about Loren Necromancy power, he knew about it quite some time not wanting to allow anybody else to know.

"Brother do you know something that we do not know if so best to tell now."

Clark knew that he knew something important and hoped that his twin brother would talk or it will be a waste of time with how Cesar will play it.

"Yes, if you do know, speak it out now." Queen Luann told him in a demanding tone

"Sorry, but sadly that won't be happening don't get me wrong here me not telling does not mean protecting him. I don't want to tell you two only because it would ruin the surprise to come one day and it brings me joy to be the only one to know this dark secret of his."

"Cesar my brother, you say you're not protecting Loren, but you are doing so at the same time by not telling us please explain well on that matter.

Cesar listens well to his brother and looks at his mother as she too sees his point.

He closed his eyes for a moment, smiling and shaking his head as well to soon reopen his eyes.

"Not telling you two does not mean a thing, but I can inform you brother and mother that Loren does aim to take this kingdom for himself with no desire for us to be apart including father the king of this kingdom, he truly set out to kill the man. I will make this clear, not his little dark secret from what has been told."

"I had a feeling that little shit of a mistake would want to take over this kingdom and knowing that our lives are at risk father must be reported of this by us."

Clark believes this might be a chance to bring some harm to Loren if the king was to know.

"Save your breath my son your words will not be listened to. This will be dealt with by us alone and we will make sure that it is done where no one could know. So my son Cesar if this dark secret you wish not to tell us then talk about all others you may know about Loren."
