Tsunade and Nono

Kameko was overwhelmed by anxiety . She lacked the funds to pay for the services of skilled ninjas who could protect her on her journey. She had no choice but to wait for him.

He understood her situation. He knew that Ninja Village wouldn't take commissions without money, even in the merciful Konoha Village.

He remembered that Tazuna was a master bridge builder from the Land of Waves who hired Team 7 to escort him back to his home. He wanted to build a bridge that would connect the Land of Waves to the mainland and free his people from the tyranny of Gatō, a ruthless businessman.

However, he lied about the danger of the mission, which was actually an A-rank mission that involved facing Gatō's hired assassins, such as Zabuza Momochi and Haku. That happened in a time of peace, but now the ninja world is at war.

Currently, there is high tension among the countries, and conflicts may break out at any moment.

How hard would it be to escort someone to another country? It would require at least an A-level mission, which meant sending a ninja squad.

The Wind Country was a barren desert. The Rain Country was constantly drenched by heavy rain that obscured the sun. The land of Rivers Country was partly desert as well. Only the other part, which is adjacent to the Fire Country, had a decent environment.

He recalled that the Lightning Country is located on a peninsula north-east of the land of fire and is known for its many thunderstorms.

The hidden village of the land of lightning is Kumogakure, which is literally hidden in the clouds.

The Land of Water is composed of many islands, each with its own unique traditions. The country's weather is typically cool, and the islands are usually covered by mist. The islands also feature many lakes, and some places are very cold and snowy.

To sum up, the Fire Country's environment and wealth were unrivaled by any other nation.

After taking a shower and changing clothes at the hotel, he sighed when he saw them still standing wet in the living room.

"Never mind, you guys go take a bath! I'll buy you some new clothes!" Fugaku said casually, grabbing a raincoat.

Kameko thanked him gratefully and urged her brother to bathe.

Fugaku felt relieved when he got outside. He shopped for some items and explored the surroundings along the way.

"I wonder what size she wears." He muttered to himself as he walked on the muddy street.

He realized he hadn't bought anything for Mikoto.

He smirked, thinking that maybe he could buy something for his wife.

"Boss, do you have any women's clothes here?"

"Yes, of course!"

"Give me a normal lady's outfit and a kid's outfit for a ten-year-old... for a lady around 20 years old!"

"She is about one meter and six tall. Oh, these stockings are nice too; please pack them!"

In the Fire Country, nestled within an orphanage, the portly aunt cast a concerned gaze upon Nono, the dean, who stood solitary in the backyard.

A month had passed since her return, and a palpable sadness lingered behind her seemingly cheerful facade.

The aunt, attuned to her dean's subtle distress, approached with a gentle query, "Nono, are you really okay?"

Even though she always smiled, the sadness on her face was evident. Sometimes, the aunt saw her wiping her tears when she was alone.

Yakushi, wearing a weak smile, dismissed the concern: "No, it's nothing; don't worry about me."

Helplessly sighing, the aunt retreated to the orphanage, sensing that something had troubled her dean, yet the words remained unspoken.

As Yakushi stared at the sky, memories of a haunting night replayed in her mind.

Questions swirled within her: Why did she take the medicine? Why did she escape? The certainty of her actions contrasted with the uncertainty of their consequences.

Troubled by these thoughts, she was abruptly pulled from her contemplation by a child's shout.

Yakushi rushed towards the commotion to find Urushi, a child, gasping out, "Mother, ninja!"

Perplexed, Yakushi inquired, "Ninja?"

The disturbance reached the ears of the fat aunt and the elderly caretaker, prompting them to follow Yakushi to the gate of the orphanage.

There, a blonde-haired woman, clutching her waist, scrutinized the orphanage with a frown.

Addressing a young Uchiha ninja behind her, she questioned, "You say an orphanage kid can do medical ninjutsu?"

"Yes, Tsunade-sama! I saw a boy heal a rabbit with medical ninjutsu!" a Uchiha ninja said respectfully.

Despite the rivalry between the Uchiha and Senju clans, the patriarch had ordered him to obey Tsunade, and he did so. They were looking for medical staff when they saw that. They were amazed! How could children perform such complex ninjutsu? He reported it to Tsunade.

Tsunade was also curious when she heard Kaito. She came over with Shizune to check it out.

She didn't know that the director of this place was a former root ninja and that the orphanage was only allowed to exist with the knowledge of the Third Hokage.

Otherwise, she might not have found it so strange. There were many things beyond her knowledge, even for her. Besides, she had other reasons to dislike staying in Konoha.

She saw the dean come out and asked calmly, "Did you teach these children medical ninjutsu?"

"Yes, Ninja-sama!" Yakushi answered respectfully. She knew it was unwise to lie to a ninja.

The Anbu of the Hokage is different from the Root. The Anbu had their different work in Konoha, and some of them even had friends who knew them.

But the root ninjas are unknown. They never interacted with the rest of Konoha and are hidden in the shadows.

That meant that Nono was a Root Ninja, and only Danzo and his men, and maybe the fat aunt and the old man with glasses behind her, knew that. She knew Tsunade, but Tsunade would never know her.

Tsunade nodded firmly and said, "Good, bring all of you who know medical ninjutsu to Konoha camp to help! I'll pay you according to the Konoha village commission!"
