A New World, Creating an Army

Alex returned to the hall and found Arwen still showing Elrond and the other elves the wedding dress photos. Elrond's expression was a mix of resignation and forced politeness as he nodded along to Arwen's explanations.

Seeing Elrond's discomfort, Alex decided to escape for a while. He approached Arwen from behind and spoke softly.

"I'm heading out for a bit to explore another world. I'll be back soon," Alex said.

Arwen turned and looked at him. "Another world? Be careful," she said, leaning in to give him a quick kiss.

"I will." Alex smiled and stepped back. "Don't have too much fun without me."

Arwen grinned and waved him off. "I'll save you a spot in the planning."

With that, Alex hurriedly slipped away, and with a flash of golden light, he vanished.

Alex appeared in a vast expanse of ice and snow. Bitter winds howled around him, but he stood unfazed.

"Lily," Alex said, summoning her from the ring.

Lily emerged in a flash of light, stretching her wings. "grrr, this place is cold," she said, rubbing her arms.

Alex reached into the void and pulled out a glowing orb.

"Ohh... This world is interesting," Lily said, peering at the orb. "There are gods here, but they're weak. There are fantasy creatures, but the people are primitive."

"Not conscious?" Alex asked, analyzing the orb, the universe's core. Its red and blue glow pulsed faintly.

"No," Lily confirmed. "The so-called gods are just beings with ancient magic left behind by a lost civilization."

"This world is chaotic," Alex muttered. "It's dying."

"Yeah," Lily said. "In about five hundred thousand years, it'll start fragmenting and shattering completely."

Alex's eyes hardened. "Is that so, then, let there be peace for the years to come."

Lily blinked. "You're not holding back, huh?"

"No reason to, I want to try this for so long anyways," Alex replied.

Alex extended his hands, forming legions of creatures and soldiers.

First, five hundred dragons materialized, white dragons that breathed ice and red dragons that breathed fire. Each dragon stood 250 feet long with wingspans of 875 feet. They roared as they took flight, circling the skies.

Next, Alex created 250,000 human soldiers with uniform black horses as their mounts. Clad in shining mithril armor with several enchantments, they didn't have to worry about the cold or hot temperature or cleaning.

He divided them into units: 50,000 heavy shield infantry wielding mithril shields and adamantium spears,150,000 light infantry carrying adamantium swords and mithril Swiss shields, and 50,000 archers with mithril longbows and dimensional quivers filled with a million arrows each.

He also created 500 elf dragon riders to control the dragons.

He then formed a 5,000-wing medical team composed of Fey, equipped with defensive and holy magic.

He created five commanders to lead the army, one for each division. These commanders had innate knowledge of warfare and tactics based on elven army standards.

They required no food or rest, sustained by energy beads Alex created in their dimensional pouches.

Finally, Alex created a physical body for himself, one that mirrored his true appearance and stature. His avatar was clad in black armor, adorned with intricate gold rune patterns.

On his chest was an emblem: a crescent moon entwined with a tree, its roots and branches split in half. One side gold, the other silver. This symbol, representing both his authority and the unity of his army, appeared on all the shields and armor worn by the Silver Moon Legion.

Alex split a part of his consciousness like making a Horcrux, giving his avatar life.

A white flag with a crescent moon and a gold and silver tree embroidered on it was carried by the legions.

Looking at the army assembled before him, Alex stepped forward.

"Today, I create you as a legion. You will all be known as the Silver Moon Legion, a divine army!" Alex declared. "You will unite and bring peace to this world, we will march south from this land of ice and snow. Destroy the structures of false gods. Make the kingdoms submit. Use the dragons to blast their walls open, if needed. Kill every army who resists, behead the lords who refuse to surrender, and end their authority."

The army saluted in unison.

Alex raised a crystal ball. "In your dimensional pockets, there are crystals. Let every man, woman, and child touch them. Those who glow red shall die. Those who glow blue shall live. Those who glow gold will govern under my banner."

"We will unite this continent under one rule, and after that, the rest of the world!"

The dragons roared as they took to the skies. The army began its march south, and the Fey healers flew overhead.

Alex watched briefly, then vanished in another flash of golden light.

Alex's original body appeared in his villa in Wizarding London. It was January 2, 1993. Students would return to school the next day.

He sat in his study and sorted through the pile of letters he had received during his absence.

Presents piled up in the corner, snacks and trinkets, and some books.

"Can I open the gifts?" Lily asked.

"Yeah, suit yourself." Alex replied with amusement.

"Tomorrow, back to Hogwarts," he said to himself.

As Alex wrote replies to the letters, Lily busied herself opening gifts. Like a busy bee, she carried the snacks and small decorations in one corner and the books in another.
