I had to stop myself from getting on my desk and screaming with all my lunges.

6 Hours of non-stop chakra training and Meditation and nothing else had put quite a tall on my mind, not of actual tiredness but of boredom, but I had done it, I had done the first step to becoming a better Ninja.

The feeling was similar to when I increased my stats by a lot, but instead of an increase in explosive power, I increased my control over what I had, by a small but still significant margin.

Remembering Shikamaru had asked me a question I turn towards him.

" What do you mean?"

" You have been strange lately, not yelling once, constantly doing the Chakra Training explained by Iruka, I even heard people say they had seen you train in the forest, I just wanted to be sure everything was good."

Actually, it never crossed my mind what it might have looked like from other people's eyes, a kid going from a carefree spirit that pulls pranks and likes to yell about being the next Hokage, to a calm collected and silent kid that passes .all day training, that's a full 180 turn in just a day.

" Nothing is wrong, I just realized how behind I fell from everyone else and I decide to put my everything in this last month."

" And I can understand that, actually I am quite happy that you finally realized how much of a slowpoke you were"

" HEY"

" But that's not what I am asking after Sakura's pranked you..."

Oh, so that's what he wanted to know.

" Meh," I said while shrugging my shoulders.

" What?" He asked, his face actually surprised for the first time in our friendship.

Ok, the truth was I hadn't thought about it once since it had happened, but that was all true, my new Wis made me realize how stupid I was, why should I continue pursuing her when she treats me like trash?

Shikamaru smiled and simply went back to his sleep.

Quite happy with my results I began wondering if by killing animals I could get some form of XP or if only strong beings were recognized with a level.

Curious about it I used Observe on a mosquito, but it showed its level as 0 so by following how XP had been given until now I would have received either 0 or 1 XP.

My body reacted before my mind, you can call it instinct, luck, or skill, but I was barely able to evade a kunai aiming for my neck by dashing forward, letting it only grace the back of my it.

I tried to understand who had attacked me I couldn't see anyone not even villagers were present... wait what?

Erasing that thought from my mind I continued running occasionally barely evading Kunais or having to sacrifice part of my body to not get hit in lethal spots.

My mind was going as fast as it could, and without much thought I placed all 5 points in Str, boosting my Speed by a big margin, I continued running heading for the Hokage Towers which was fortunately very near the academy.

And then it hit me, right on the leg, the head of the kunai popping on the other side.

I stumbled due to the pain, I noticed how the Kunai was stopping the Gamer's body from closing the wound I inventoried and just as I was about to get up three figures appeared out of nowhere and pointed tantos towards my direction.

They had no headband, no distinctive feature, nothing that could make them recognizable one from the other.

' I am going to die.'

They dashed towards me, one aiming for the brain, one for the heart, and the last one for my stomach for some reason.

Something clicked.

Everything slowed down, the previous three invisible tanto now moving like in slow motion, a new emotion infiltrating my mind like a parasite.

'KILL ALL OF THEM.'

' I can't.'

' THEY WANTED TO KILL YOU.'

'SHOW THEM WHO THEY ARE GOING AGAINST.'

Physical changes started occurring, fangs appeared on my mouth, my nails became claws, my eyes turned red and my pupil became similar to a cat's, while red chakra covered my whole body.

With my new claws, I quickly broke all of their swords, their hands being the next target.

Seeing me change they tried to escape but I was able to catch one by the throat and just as I was about to bite his neck off, someone placed a hand on my shoulder.

" Let me continue from now on."

And all that energy that had filled my body disappeared leaving me weak.

When I started fainting I saw a white-haired man fight with the three ninjas all on its own.

'Cool.'

And I fainted.
