A Year Full of Happiness

The next morning, Ein and Michelle worked as usual. After finishing their daily tasks and having breakfast, they prepared to head out, resuming their hunting duties. The only difference was that their faces were covered by truly joyful smiles as they exchanged short words with each other.

Along the way to the gates, the villager girls, who were perceptive about "those" kinds of changes, noticed the glow on Michelle's face.

"Excuse us, Mr. Ein, can we borrow Mrs. Michelle for a moment?" And just as they approached, the three girls asked.

Well, they weren't waiting for permission, however, as they quickly pulled Michelle to the side road with smiles covering their faces. Ein was puzzled but decided to just head to the gate first.

"Then, Michelle, I'll be heading out first. Follow me when you're done."

"O-Oh, alright. Wait for me then." Michelle smiled, the sweetest smile the three girls ever saw.
