The results

"Ok, the results are now in and voting is closed. Any further votes will not be counted" Taecyeon announces to the audience after a 30-minute break in which we had a performance from 2 AM. "Can I please ask the trainees to return to the stage?" He continues. We all make our way back up onto the stage and line up. The audience is clapping. "I will now announce the results from 10th place to first place based off social media following," Jun-Ho says. "In 10th place with 1.9k followers is Ho Jung!" The scoreboard that had appeared on the stage then showed Ho Jung's name appear at the bottom. Next to it was a score that read 526.000. "Now, in 9th place with 2.1k followers is Sim Kyu-Bong!" Kyu-Bong's name then appeared on the board with a score of 580.000. "In 8th place is Ra Chan-Wook with 2.2k followers" Chan-Wook then appeared on the board with a score of 645.000. "In 7th place with 3k followers is Nam Younjae!" Younjae's name then appeared with the number 980.000 next to it. "Now in 6th place with 3.1k followers is Chu Jin-Ho" My name then appeared with a score of 1000.000. "In 5th place with a following of 5k is Akizuki Akira" Akira's name then appeared with a score of 1059.000. The last three placements were pretty obvious. Hyun-Shik had 6.26k followers, DongBang had 6.27k and Seol Young who had a low following in the beginning came through with a whopping 9k followers which was a result of his change in appearance after the performance episode. So the scoreboard ended up looking like this:

After the social media following results, the table was looking a bit rough for some of us, especially Kyu-Bong. I was particularly angry with Seol Young as he had used my natural appearance as a means to gain more followers by pretending to be me.

"Now for the results of the remote viewer votes!" Jun-Ho then announced.

"In 10th place after the remote vote is, Ho Jung!" Ho Jung's name then had a second score appear next to his name. It read [400.000] The names were then read in this order: Seol Young [600.000], Sim Hyun-Shik [650.000], Ra Chan-wook [850.000], Nam Youngjae [900.000], DongBang Kyong [1100.000], Akizuki Akira [1150.000], Sim Kyu-Bong [1350.000], Chu Jin-Ho [1400.000], "In 1st place of the remote viewer vote is Hayashi Roh!" Hayashi's name then appeared with the score [1600.000]. The names on the scoreboard then moved around, showing the accumulated points of the two results.

Many of us had made quite the jump. Kyu-Bong had gone from 9th to 6th, I had jumped from 6th to 2nd, While Seol Young had dropped from 1st to 5th and Hyun-Shik had dropped from 4th to 8th. It was anybody's game at this point. "We will now reveal the results of the Audience vote!" Taecyeon announced. The results were read out quickly. 10th was Ho Jung [512.500], 9th was Seol Young [737.500], 8th was Ra Chan-wook [1012.500], 7th was Sim Hyun-Shik [1237.500], 6th was Akizuki Akira [1900.000], 5th was Nam Youngjae [2100.000], 4th was DongBang Kyong [2625.000], 3rd was Hayashi Roh [2875.000], 2nd was Sim Kyu-Bong [3400.000], and I won first place in the audience vote receiving [3600.000] points. The score table then changed for the last time to reveal the overall winner.

As soon as I saw Kyu-Bongs name under the third place I ran over to him and gave him a big hug. "Congratulations Hyung! You've risen in ranking!" Kyu-Bong was smiling and tearing up. He was finally ranked in the upper half of the trainees for the first time. Not only that, he had achieved third place which was pretty impressive in itself. I had somehow beaten out Hayashi at the end. Even though my identity was stolen and my social media ranking was low, the performance that Kyu-Bong and I put on seemed to have carried us to the top.

With the rankings established we trainees thanked the audience and left the stage to allow GOT7 and Wonder Girls to close out the showcase. It was a huge success and the Christmas episode of the show was broadcasted the next day for everyone to watch.

Christmas Day Somewhere in Seol:

A girl was sitting on the couch wrapped up in a blanket drinking hot chocolate. She was watching tv with her parents. The Christmas special of the tv show Project: New Dawn was on and they were all watching it intently. They had been watching all of the trainees practising and working on their performances.

"That Chu Jin-Ho is very talented isn't he?" The mother said as they watched a scene of him working on the production of the song while explaining how it works to the camera.

"Indeed. How old was he again? 15? and he's able to make his own music? Very impressive!" The father states.

They continued to watch. The girl was just silently watching on the couch not saying a thing. 'He is so good, and passionate when it comes to music. I wish I could meet him sometime soon!' the girl was thinking to herself as the scene was switched to Jin-Ho instructing Kyu-Bong during the recording of their song. They continued to watch the show, voicing their opinions here and there until it came to the results portion. Their reaction to the social media results was as expected. "I expected Seol Young to have the most, he is the one who went viral after all!" The mother states. "Poor Kyu-Bong, he's such a good rapper but has struggled with everything else. His performance today was amazing, he deserves more followers!" The father states. 'He only improved thanks to Chu Jin-Ho' the girl thinks quietly. The remote votes are then revealed, the girl quietly cheers when she watches Jin-Ho move up to second. Her parent's reactions are a little different. "How come Hyun-Shik got such little votes?" Her father yells "DongBang only got third, how did Jin-Ho get above him?!" The mother says. The final rankings are then revealed and the girl squeals in delight. She was happy that Jin-Ho was getting recognition for his work. The parents look at her questioningly, then turn back to the TV. The show ends soon after, but not before they tease the next episode. They gave them a hint, something to do about channelling rhythm? The girl just smiles happily. 'So the next challenge will have something to do with dance? DongBang will probably win then, but I hope that Jin-Ho puts up a fight' she thinks as she gets up to go get more food.
