Who are transmigrators? Rachel found out the answer to this question long ago when she reached rank 13. 

Rachel herself is a transmigrator. Other transmigrators only appear as the first children of her hosts. 

Some transmigrators inherit empty shell systems, as she named them, and some inherit 'Original' systems. 

She can easily modify empty shell systems, so she won't pay much attention. Empty shells are usually far weaker than original systems.

Original systems, however, are unmodifiable and much stronger, so she pays great attention to them. 

But, no matter which, none compare with her system. Her system is the first ever one that appeared in this universe. All other transmigrators only appear in places she controls, with one exception. 

At rank 13, she gets one skill, depending on her evaluation. For a negative 'evil' evaluation, she gets one skill named "pull transmigrator."

Basically, she can request a transmigrator in any location she wants. What's more, because she pulls them, she can control their life and death with a thought. 

She can only have one transmigrator for each incarnation that reaches rank 13 and gets the skill; still, this ability is very powerful. All transmigrators pulled by this ability have Original systems; one shouldn't underestimate the ability of Original systems. 

With her skill, Rachel can put these transmigrators in any of her enemies' worlds; if they stay alive, they most likely cause disruptions; if they die, she can pull another. 

This skill is one of her trump cards. She can attack anybody without any cost without them noticing she is the one attacking. 

Rachel recently used this skill against Magical Academy. 

The attack is only a test; she isn't going all out against them. Recently, the anti-Rachel faction has been very active. They have had successes, but only because she allowed them to have successes to build Lin Ming's character as a great leader. 

She has been successful, with Lin Ming now being regarded as the leader of the anti-Rachel alliance. 

Still, she wants to test this ability for the day when something goes wrong. She did test it long ago, but regular testing is a necessity. 

She has the option to choose the gender of the transmigrator, their look, their moral character, and many other details. She chose a world with a twisted government and then pulled a male transmigrator from Earth. 

The world had a very discriminatory system against men. So, she specifically chose a boy to make him suffer. 

The boy's character was mostly good. Who are the most terrifying evil people? By experience, Rachel thinks those who are good and then become bad are the most frightening. 

So, she set up for him to suffer and become evil, thirsty for revenge. 

Then, she waited. 

The boy cannot do it all alone. With immortals guarding there, he cannot do much. Therefore, it would be necessary to help a bit. 

After all, this is only a test regarding how an attack would go. She cannot get any data if she allows the immortals to take him out quickly.

She aims to design a strategy that allows the transmigrators to get powerful and be able to cause disruptions without her help.

She is also doing many other tests with all kinds of personalities.

Transmigrators of all kinds, males, females, other genders, different species, different personalities, different worlds, etc., she is going to test them all to discover the best strategy of attacking using the 'pull transmigrator' skill.

She is smart, but testing in the real world is a must.

The Original systems that Rachel pulls cannot be modified, but a one-sided energy aid is possible. 

When Rachel felt the boy started killing for energy, she smiled and sent a 'starting pack' to the boy.

"It's real!" he exclaimed. He started to regret why it didn't appear sooner but soon put all the negative thoughts away.

"Now, I can take my revenge!" he laughed. 

"Add 1,000,000 to my strength and agility!" he said to the system.

Immediately, he felt indescribable, like being sad but happy, calm but worried. The next moment, he found himself on the ground.

He couldn't move, not even lift his eyelids.

"What is going on?" he wondered.

The system, which was silent until now, started explaining, "Your mental power cannot control your body!" 

He was surprised to see the system talking but ignored it and ordered, "Add 100,000 to my mental power!"

This time, he felt like the world stopped. Everything became very slow and clear. He could feel what was happening throughout the orphanage as if it was part of his body. 

He stood up and looked at the orphanage building. 

"Let's test it!" 

He started walking to Butcher's office.

As always, she was punishing some poor boy. Jeremy had encountered a lot of these predators in his past life. They were the most malicious, going into places with vulnerable people and tormenting them to satisfy themselves. 

The butcher looked in Jeremy's direction and started moving. 

"Why are you here? Looks like I didn't teach you enough!" she said. 

Jeremy smirked and caught the hand of the butcher that was about to hit him. 

"What?" she was surprised. 

With a twist, the hand was turned at an angle that it wasn't meant to. "Aaaa," she screamed.

Jeremy felt a sense of joy as he watched her scream. He was not like this in his past life; he used to be a caring person. 

But what they did to him is... 

Anger took over him. 

"Attribute point +866." 

The next moment, he looked around and was surprised. 

In his rage, he punched the butcher. 

He didn't want to kill her so quickly, but he got out of control. 

He would have never lost control like this before.

"It looks like my mental power should be equal to other attributes to be safe," He thought.

"Add 900,000 to my mental strength," He ordered.

He felt much clearer as if the entire world was under his control. Of course, it was an illusion.

He regained his focus and looked around.

Unknowingly, the punch wiped out the entire orphanage! Even more terrifying, a few small mountains behind the orphanage were destroyed, as if someone had dug the whole mountain out. 

One million people's strength is not to be underestimated!

Steven was monitoring around. 

He was a mage who, in general, was very dissatisfied with the Booker family, but as a rank 2 mage, he didn't have a choice. 

He did try to help some poor boys but was careful not to be caught. Just as he was monitoring, he heard a loud bang. 

"What was that?" 

In this world, not a lot of fights happen. Things are peaceful.

Steven moved toward there and saw a kid among a lot of rubbles. 

He landed and asked, "What happened?" 

The boys looked at him emotionlessly and said, "It's you!" 

"You know me?" he asked. 

"Of course I do! You were the one who did that to me that year!" he said. 

"What are you talking about!" he was confused. 

"You know what!" he pointed to his crotch.

Just then, Steven found out what he was talking about. 

The Booker family ordered a few mages to operate a formation to mass castrate the 'undesirables.' Steven hated it to his core but couldn't stop it. 

"I'm sorry for what happened, but it wasn't me who did it!" he said. 

He knew one of the people who volunteered to do it, but it had nothing to do with him.

The next second, he was shot far away! 

"What's going on? Why is he so powerful?" he was astonished. 

The punch was so strong that it directly vaporized his heart when the boy punched him in the chest. Fortunately, he was able to live without a heart; otherwise, he would have died!

Steven no longer tried to talk; instead, he cast his spell, "Freeze." Jeremy felt a cold force covering his body, trying to stop his movements. 

He sneered and moved as if the force wasn't there. 

"Why isn't it working!" Just then, the spell broke! 

Steven threw up a mouthful of blood. 

"Nooo!" Another punch came with speed far superior to rank 2 mages. This time, it hit Steven on the head! 

He dropped to the ground, dead!

"two!" Jeremy counted the people he killed.

He missed counting the many orphans who he killed 'accidentally.'

 He wanted to think about his next plan, but before he could, another mage appeared. 

His thinking speed was far faster than before, but he wasn't familiar with it and could not utilize it well.

He was still unconsciously thinking at the same speed as before.

Otherwise, even one second would have been enough to think as much as he wanted.

This one had a much stronger aura.

The orphanage was relatively close to the regional headquarters of the Magician Academy, so it was no surprise that they noticed it. 

The mage looked at the corpse and didn't say anything. 

He directly cast "Freeze." Catching this strange 'creature' alive is the best. He can always employ more fatal spells.

Jeremy felt an extremely cold energy covering him, making his movements difficult. A moment later, he felt utterly unable to move. 

"System, add 1,000,000,000 to my strength, agility, and mental power each!" 

Immediately, his strength soared, and the restricting energy was broken like paper. 

The mage, surprised, had no time before the punch hit and disintegrated him into pieces.

"Even such powerful mages only give one point? Is the system encouraging me to kill mortals? Who cares? I'm going to kill them all! Everyone!" he saw his actions as justified. Or rather, in the last few years, he suffered so much mental damage that he cannot think straight.

Even the massive boost in mental strength didn't help him; it made him more firm.

Just as he was about to begin his revenge, another mage appeared. 

"Are these like ants? Kill one, and more and more appear to investigate?" he wondered. 

Still, he didn't care. 

This time, he attacked with a punch first! 

The mage, a woman with long hair, snapped with her fingers! Jeremy felt space around him expand, trying to tear him apart into pieces! But his body was too strong! He resisted it!

The woman, named Rose, was beyond surprised! The snap just now can even explode rank 6 mages into blood mist! 

How can someone with absolutely no aura resist it? 

The punch arrived, and … Rose caught it in one hand. 

After all, even if she is a mage, as a rank 7, her body is unimaginably powerful. 

"System, add 100,000,000,000 to my strength, agility, and mental power each." 

His power soared! The punch that was caught punched through Rose's defense and killed her after exploding her face! 

"Attribute points +1." 

"Really, no matter how powerful the mage, I can only get one!" he thought disappointedly. 

After waiting a while and ensuring no other mage came, he moved around and destroyed some cities. 

He was surprised to notice he felt no sympathy toward anything.

He wanted to stop and temporarily hide to plan for the future.

But soon, another mage arrived.

A man with gray hair was standing in the remnants of a city. 

He was around one meter long, with a beard and dirty clothes. Jeremy could feel this man's strength clearly this time, thanks to his very high mental strength. 

"No way! Is he a god? How can he be this powerful?" he was frozen from fear. 

"Freeze," the man cast a spell. 

An incomparable cold energy covered him and stopped all of his movements. 

"System, add all points to my strength!" 

Right now, he just wants to break through this coldness. 

His strength soared, but the restraint remained and didn't budge. 

The man noticed the difference and frowned deeply. He wanted to research to find where that sudden boost in strength came from. 

Just as Jeremy was readying himself to die, the system sounded again! 

"System Achievement! Meet a rank 11 mage! Attribute points +999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999"! Jeremy didn't even know how many digits it was! 

He just ordered! "Add all my remaining points equally between my stats!" 

The restraint immediately broke, and the man ran away! The next moment, a powerful explosion devastated exactly where the man was standing a moment ago! 

Even the world laws in that area were wrecked; a hole opened where chaos energy was entering the world! 

The man who used teleportation to run away was horrified! He immediately informed Ellena to order evacuation! 

A hole in the world is nearly unrepairable.

Building a new world from scratch is cheaper than trying to fix it.

Because the world's codes have many layers of shield to protect against chaos energy, if the world is so damaged that the chaos energy can enter, then the code is in a state of unrepairability.

Codes are all connected; it's not possible to just cut off come pirce.

That is unless rank 13 mages with high mastery in formation come and do it. But those mages have better things to do than repair a rank-11 world.

The man with gray hair ran to the headquarters of the magician academy and gathered all talented mages and precious resources as soon as possible.

This strange creature is far stronger than something he or Ellena can handle.

Maybe some strong rank 11s can stop it, but those are for later. 

Ellena is not much stronger than the mage of the Magician Academy, so she also plans to run away.

After becoming rank 11 and having an endless lifespan, she is unwilling to risk her life for the world.

She observed the hole in the world and gave up.

She also ordered an evacuation. 

Jeremy, though, was not relenting. He continued punching around, poisoned by his massive strength boost and madder than ever! 

The world's laws started falling apart faster and faster. 

Rank 10 and rank 11 worlds would be destroyed by sheer force. Rank 12 worlds, though, can never be harmed as long as their universal law is active and not suppressed. 

With Jeremy's continued destruction, the world fell far faster than Ellena expected. 

As a result, she just grabbed rank 9 mages, along with talents of the Booker family, and along with other rank 10s and Ted, the rank 11 agent of the academy in this world, they all ran away. 

More and more chaos energy spread everywhere, eroding the world from within.

Just after a few minutes, the world completely fell apart.

The space junks started hitting the neighboring worlds. 

This area is solely dominated by the Magician Academy, so all damage would be to them. 

In the endless space, Jeremy felt the chaotic energy trying to erode his body. His body, though, was too strong; it was able to resist. 

He set his sight to other shining 'stars' and started moving toward them.

...

Rachel watched all of this and nodded.

She didn't get that much data from this one experiment, but she could devise a perfect strategy after thousands, millions of experiments.

As for what happens after this, a rank 12 member of Magical would probably come and capture Jeremy. 

Fall of a rank 11 world for no reason like this is worthy of the attention of a rank 12 mage.

The power she gave Jeremy is near the peak of rank 11. can a rank 11 defeat a rank 12? Absolutely not!

So, she snapped her fingers. 

Jeremy was teleported to her headquarters unconscious. It's better not to allow them to research on transmigrators. And Jeremy still has some combat power; it's better not to waste it.
