Feng then left the house . He went toward David Villa . The area there was the best housing area in this city . After reaching there , he called David.

David turned silent but after that started cursing happily. Feng smiled .

" I have another business proposal for your family "

They then walked toward the housing company of the area . A middle aged man welcomed them .

He showed some photograph of houses . Soon , they found a villa suitable for Feng . It previously belonged to a student's family who now had entered 'Big Four ' .

The villa was big and the training room was huge . Feng liked it . It was priced at 60 Million RMB . After some discussion , the final price was 58 Million RMB .

Feng was a decisive person . He decided to buy the house . It was decided that first payment would be 23 Million and Others can be paid in installments .

The Middle aged man was all smile . He liked how quick the transaction was made . The ownership was passed to Feng and he recieved 23 Million RMB instantly . David, who was beside Feng was also surprised at how quick it was .

After that Feng called 'Goat' . 'Goat' brother was involved in housing and decorations business . They soon reached the Company .

Feng chosed many stylish decoration for the Villa . He choose best bed . After buying everything of his wish . Feng and David returned after buying things worth 1Million RMB .

Everything would be delivered to his home today and every work and decoration would be completed by tommorow evening .

Feng also returned to his house . He had bought some ingredients on the way . He was all smile . He was now left with a little more than 4 Million .

He then made rice and pork meat . The smell of it made even himself hungry . He then added two potions of strength , speed and vitality . He then served Chen the food .

Chen would sometime make her eyes wide open and sometimes smile . Maybe because the food was delicious and Chen didn't want to finish it fast , she was eating taking slow and small bites .
