I'm really in the Doraemon!?

[Note: The system will make its appearance in Chapter 10.] As an average individual, I never imagined that the cliché trope of a truck, often seen in otaku culture, would be the means to transport me into a parallel universe. Initially, I believed that my new surroundings were merely another version of reality, a parallel world. However, much to my surprise, I found myself in the universe of Doraemon—a beloved anime and comic from my previous life. (Note: There will be some difference in novel's timeline and the canon, to have a stable pace. Due to the canon have inconsistent timeline in every episode since it's a kids comics and it almost have the same pace as Detective Conan.) (Read advance chapters in Patreon.com/NewComer714.)

------

After a splendid feast, Nobita and the gang were totally stuffed, their tummies almost round like balloons. Takeshi, not caring about his appearance, had a roasted duck bone still poking out of his mouth, just like a fancy toothpick!

Suneo, being his usual show-off self, attempted to dine with elegance, sneakily eyeing Ken and his mom. He was determined to flaunt his etiquette before them.

Shizuka, too, was concerned about her image. She daintily wiped her mouth with a tissue, showing off her graceful manners.

Doraemon, feeling a bit down, almost devoured the colossal mountain of dorayaki. Now only two remained in his round paws, but he still looked a tad sad.

"Did everyone enjoy it?" Ken asked, his smile gentle like a summer breeze.

Each of them cast bashful glances towards Ken, who appeared to have simply observed them feasting. They felt a mixture of embarrassment and shyness. "It was great!" Takeshi declared with a thumbs-up, his satisfaction evident.

"Absolutely, Ken-chan! If you ever want to come to my place, just say the word! I'll treat you just the same, and that goes for everyone!" Suneo bragged, refusing to accept defeat. Secretly, he was already plotting ways to persuade his parents to throw an even grander party than Ken-chan's.

"Wow, Suneo! Are you saying you'll throw a party just as amazing!?" Nobita exclaimed, his eyes wide with astonishment.

As everyone turned their attention towards Suneo, he could feel the pressure mounting. "Of course! I am the mighty Suneo Honekawa-sama, after all!" he proclaimed arrogantly, striking a pose.

"I'll be looking forward to it, Suneo-kun," Ken replied with a graceful smile, his gaze fixed on Suneo.

"Ye-yeah..." Suneo stammered, feeling even more challenged by Ken's response. His own words had placed him in this predicament. He grimaced while forcing a smile, cursing himself inwardly.

"With everyone content, I've also arranged a fantastic movie for all of you to enjoy in our home theater," Ken announced warmly, his voice inviting them to partake in the delight.

"Wow! Your house even has a theater?" Nobita wondered, his imagination envisioning a large TV screen that would surely play movies.

Suneo's ears perked up, sensing a brewing storm. His position as a young master of wealth was under threat.

The revelation surprised Suneo. While Ken's house might be slightly smaller than his, it had a contemporary charm to it, a modern touch that piqued his interest.

The house layout was unlike anything he had seen before. The architect had an impeccable sense of style. Every detail was comfortable, neat, and modern, though it retained a sense of warmth and ambiance.

Suneo's designer instincts went into overdrive. He needed to convince his mother to one-up the Hayashi family's house. And in Suneo's world, convincing his mother equated to his mother convincing his father.

"Follow me," Ken beckoned and led them towards the theater.

As they walked, Ken inquired, "Would you prefer the elevator or the stairs?"

Confusion rippled through the group at Ken's question until Doraemon chimed in, "You have an elevator in your house!?"

While elevators were quite common in the future, in the 21st century, having a personal elevator was a symbol of luxury and sophistication.

"Elevator?!" Nobita's eyes widened in curiosity and excitement.

Suneo's ears perked again. "I have to convince my mother of this!" he thought determinedly. "I need to make her realize how we're being overshadowed in terms of house style and layout."

"Elevator, please!" Takeshi cheered enthusiastically. Even if it meant more complexity compared to stairs, the thrill was worth it.

With most of them opting for the elevator, even Dekisugi and Shizuka agreed.

Ken led them to a transparent glass elevator that had gone unnoticed until now. The friends were only just realizing its presence.

Ken stood in front of the elevator as the glass door slid open smoothly.

"Come on in," Ken invited with a welcoming gesture.

Nobita and the others eagerly stepped into the elevator.

As they settled in, the doors closed automatically, and Ken's voice sounded, "To the 3rd floor, please."

The original white light on the ceiling blinked, transforming into a calming blue as if obeying Ken's command. The elevator began to move, startling Nobita and the rest. The ride was remarkably smooth. While the third floor of a house might not seem too far, the stairs could be quite a hassle. This was probably why Ken had opted for an elevator.

As they ascended, the previously plain back wall of the elevator turned transparent, revealing a breathtaking view of the exterior of Ken's house.

Nobita and the others leaned closer to admire the view, with Nobita already brainstorming how Doraemon could transform their own house.

Unbeknownst to Nobita, a kindred schemer was among them—Suneo.

If his parents couldn't afford the same structural enhancements as Ken's house, his next move was clear: bribe Doraemon. The process would be convenient and swift.

While the friends marveled at the scenery, Suneo's gaze shifted to Doraemon with a sly gleam in his eyes.
