Klaus made his statement and silently left the place leaving all Elves present there shocked and almost petrified over their places

"The World Tree...

...Almost died in front of us and we didn't even know..."

Sylphy almost collapsed over the ground as the information broke on top of her, she was shook to her very core and other elves besides her seemed similarly shocked over their places

Meanwhile Klaus just walked out of the royal palace without any look of regret or hesitation over his face

The fairies immediately started complaining as soon as Klaus entered the carriage along with Elena as Zoya and other escort knights have left earlier because of his orders and just few knights were around him

"Klaus, don't you think telling something like that to Elves just like that was a little bit too much?"

"You didn't even sugercoat your words..."

"That was really bit too blunt!?"

Klaus looked at them with same unchanging gaze and without any hesitation just replied

"There is no need to sugercoat the reality, I said my words seriously because the situation was serious, the World Tree's condition was indeed like that

She was trying to seal herself and commit suicide for sake of others, though her sealing itself would have taken a year and by then I would have gotten the news one way or another

But the goal of those devils is just to open the gap between the two worlds that can be done even with just weakened World Tree, and commit massacre here in masses so that Evil God can be summoned here and he can feast in new strength

If even just one finger of Evil God managed to enter this World, then the universe is fucked, this world of mortals is the only world that connects all other worlds

So if Evil God managed to control this world then one by one he can conquer all other worlds and that includes the heavens of Gods too

His strength grows with number of souls he possess that includes the souls of his subordinates too, each kill made by devils and cultists increases his strength

And you can just think how many millions and billions of souls he currently possess right now after years of slaughter

Currently the strength of the Evil God and the 7 Gods is almost on the same level but if by chance Evil God succeeds in his plans of sending all devils in this world

Then souls he is going to possess will in billions, his strength might even increase two or possibly even ten folds, then not even combined strength of all Gods can stop him..."

Klaus sighed in deeply at the end of his words, the fairies also seemed to have taken the influence from heavy mood after knowing about the actual situation of the world

"But! They are 7 Gods!? Can't they just go and kill him in the devil world!? And even if he does come here won't the Gods kill him then by teaming up or something?"

Fae immediately questioned with flustered look on her eyes, Klaus on other hand just shook his head in denial and replied

"It doesn't work like this, the 'Devil Realm', the world of devils comes under absolute authority of Evil God, just like how heavens work on will of Gods, the Devil Realm works as per will of Evil God

The current Evil God isn't stronger than most of the Gods but I can't say the same if he does manage to conquer this World

And he isn't a fool to come to this World until he thinks he is strong enough to kill all Gods by himself, but the chances of him coming out in this timeline is the greatest

There are 14 different scenarios that guarantee his entry in this World with strength to kill all Gods by himself within 30 years and all show 86% chances of him conquering every life in this world

He is going to make this world completely lifeless before entering if things go according to his plans in this current scenario"

Even Elena present in carriage seemed to frown as she heard that and next Luna was the one to question with worried face

"Then can't Gods send apostille or some kind of guardian here to save people from devils? Sending army of angels or something?"

"They already did, didn't they, not just one but two at that?"

Klaus replied with grin while pointing at his own face and next second explained

"The world is set to be annihilated if things have gotten according to the plans of Devil God, but with me here tell me one thing that went according to his plans...

Initially I just wanted to enjoy my life as a rich and popular guy with everything in his hand since birth but this World isn't as bright as expected

As you grow more, the more you realise how fucked up this world actually is, each one of us have probability to die within a year and yet look at the smile they have"

Klaus commented as looked at kids playing and running outside of his carriage with innocent bright smiles over their faces

"Now that the Evil God has really decided to mess with me here with my family and friends on the line...

Don't think I will ever back off from ripping his heart out and granting him his death he oh so desires!"
