After checking on Florges's condition, Yuga released Ivysaur and Bellossom and introduced them to Florges.
As the eldest member of the team, Florges warmly welcomed the two Pokémon and took the initiative to show them around their new home.
Watching Florges lead Bellossom and Ivysaur away, Yuga was reminded of his other Pokémon, Vivillon, whom he hadn't seen in over a month.
However, when Yuga went to Amber Castle to find Vivillon among the Combees, he discovered that both the Vespiqueen and Vivillon had fallen into a deep slumber due to consuming some Enchanted Honey. He had no choice but to leave them be.
Initially, he had thought about letting Vivillon and Bellossom interact and have Vivillon to teach Bellossom the skill of Quiver Dance. Although Quiver Dance was an advanced move for Bellossom, learning it without guidance wasn't easy.
He then proceeded to visit other areas of the Ecopark.
First, he visited the Herb Garden.
The herbs were flourishing, a testament to the diligent care provided by the Grass-type Pokémon.
Next, he checked the Mutant Jaboca Berry Tree. Its flowering season had ended, and now its branches bore small, golden fruits about the size of fingernails.
Then there was the pregnant Queen Gliscor.
Seeing that the first one was about to give birth and the others were also pregnant, Yuga still hadn't figured out how to breed a Gliscor with a blue potential.
Right now, he was pinning his hopes on the Mutant Jaboca Berry Tree, but it would take some time for the fruits to ripen, and he didn't know if it would be in time.
If not, he would have to wait until their next pregnancy cycle.
Finally, out of the ten Tsareena, eight had successfully paired with Bellossom and Cacturne, and some were already pregnant.
Currently, only two Tsareena, one Bellossom, and one Cacturne remained single. These four Pokémon didn't seem to have found suitable partners.
The successful pairing of the Tsareena marked a significant step forward for the Day Care, following the introduction of the Water-type Clauncher, and now, the Grass-types were joining the mix.
As for the Fire-type Ponyta, it would likely take some more time before they were ready to breed. The ones in the herd, aside from the two leaders, were relatively young and not suitable for pairing at the moment.
When Yuga left the Grassland Sub-Ecopark, he saw a flock of Swablu flying slowly overhead. The lead Swablu, upon spotting him, let out a cheerful cry in greeting.
Currently, in his Ecopark, although the Flying-type Pokémon's leaders were Swellow and Honchkrow, the most numerous were Swablu, with a total of 15, mostly acquired from the Day Care Center in Lavaridge Town.
Among the recent 24 hatched Pokémon eggs, five were Swablu, and one of them had a blue potential, making it the only Swablu with that potential among the 24 eggs.
(Aside from these, the remaining Pokémon hatched from the eggs included: 4 Medidite, 4 Petilil, 3 Lotad, 5 Shroomish, and 3 Skitty.)
The source of the Pokémon eggs from the Lavaridge Town Day Care Center seemed to be from a fixed breeding base. The types of Pokémon were relatively consistent, such as Swablu and Medidite, which had a very high appearance rate, with Swablu being the most frequent.
The first batch of Swablu that came to the Ecopark had actually already met the level requirements for evolution, but perhaps the timing wasn't right as they had yet to evolve.
Yuga believed that with proper care, they would become a signature feature of the YoYo Day Care.
Not long after leaving the Ecopark, Yuga saw Arata Sena rushing into his old shop with excitement. He said to Yuga, "Boss, you're back!"
Behind him were his teacher Beidou and his junior apprentice Akihito.
Yuga asked with curiosity, "So, what's the good news that got you all so excited?"
Beidou hesitated for a moment and then said, "My Vibrava has evolved, just like you promised..."
Evolved so quickly? Yuga was a bit surprised.
But then he realized the reason.
The Flygon lineage in his Ecopark, due to generations of being exposed to the Guardian Orbs' influence, could often evolve into Flygon even without reaching level 45.
At the same time, he remembered that he had promised Arata Sena that if his Vibrava completed its evolution, he would give him another Pokémon.
Yuga smiled and asked, "Do you want a second Pokémon?"
Arata Sena nodded enthusiastically.
"Of course, no problem. But you'll have to pass a test."
"A test?" Arata Sena looked puzzled.
Yuga called Audino over and whispered a few words in its ear, then said to Arata Sena, "Let's go outside. I'll take a look at your Flygon, and I'll also tell you what the test is."
After saying this, Yuga walked out of the shop, with Beidou and Akihito following closely behind. Arata Sena, filled with curiosity, had no choice but to chase after them.
The four of them arrived at a nearby open area at the Day Care.
Yuga said to Arata Sena, "Come on, release your Flygon so I can have a look."
Arata Sena nodded and took out a Poké Ball, releasing his Flygon.
...
<<Flygon>>
Type: Ground, Dragon
Ability: Levitate
Gender: Male
Potential: Green
Level: 39
Moves: Sand Attack, Iron Tail, Sandstorm, Stomp, Sand Tomb, Supersonic, Steel Wing, Crunch, Flamethrower.
...
With the support of the YoYo Day Care, an ample supply of Heavies Pokéblocks, and judging by the appearance and size of this Flygon, it had been well nurtured.
In terms of moves, it seemed that a lot of effort had been put into them, and Beidou had also taught it diligently.
The move Iron Tail that Flygon knew was a specialty of Beidou's Delcatty. Steel Wing and Supersonic were skills of his Crobat, and Flamethrower was from his Houndoom.
Combined with its level nearing 40, this Flygon was already quite impressive.
Although Arata Sena received a high-level Trapinch from the start, it couldn't be denied that he had put in a lot of effort.
"Good job, you've raised it well. I knew I didn't make a mistake in choosing you."
Hearing his boss's praise, Arata Sena smiled happily, feeling that all his hard work during this time had been worthwhile.
Just when he was beaming with joy, Audino led a Camerupt over at a slow pace.
"This Camerupt is the second Pokémon I've prepared for you."
Yuga pointed to the Camerupt next to Audino and said.
This Camerupt was one of the Pokémon he brought back from Illuma Island, and it was the only Camerupt in the Ecopark.
Yuga noticed that it always seemed to be alone, which was why he decided to give it to Arata Sena as a reward.
However, since Camerupt was already in its final evolutionary form, Arata Sena would need to defeat it to gain its acceptance.
