After getting their civil service exam result Ella and Usa were going to their respected works. Usa who works at Ning Corporation as a legal counsel. Went to Shuangxing st. at Zhanshin. While Ella was currently working at LG law firm ( Lu and Go law firm) The firm build and founded by Mr. Lu Feng and Mrs. Lu GoXi. The firm is one of the prominent law firms in Beijing over 4 decades ago. And located at Dongxing.

Both ladies consume the rest of their hours at work.

5 pm at LG law firm building, the 5th floor, a woman was tidying her desk, securing the important folder at her drawers as she prepared to leave when the telephone on her desk rang

*ring ring ring

She picks up the phone

Ella: "Hello, LG law firm, what can I help you? "

A calm and professional voice of Ella was heard.

Usa: "hmm, dear it's me. I can't reach your phone so I call your company telephone instead. By the way, I'm here in front of your workplace. Hurry up. "

Usa hangs up without waiting for Ella's response.

'The tune of her she must be hungry' a smirk could be seen in Ella's face.

As they arrive at Harbin restaurant

Usa who drives the car at the entrance when she notices Ella's phone vibrated.

Usa: "dear your phone. "

While pointing at where the phone was. Ella grabs her phone to see who is texting her, to her surprise it was her mother.

Text: 'Baby, mommy is proud of you. I love you, Sorry.'

She was touched by how her mother cares for her but she felt it was still lacking....maybe because her mother is head over heels to his daddy that she never decides to herself, she let her husband decide on everything. She believes going against his husband's rules is like going against the law. That was her mothers' principle and yes till this year after they are married for 28 years ago they are happy being a couple as they rarely argue things over except to their daughter, Ella.

Marina Han, Ella's mother is not against her decisions instead she supported her daughter from behind Although it is not showy, still, she was there when Ella needs her. Just like when Ella wanted to go camping in her elementary days and her father did not allow her, Marina Han coaxes her husband till it says yes.

In actuality her father, Oliver Han is not that rude as he is. He just loved Ella that much, just like a precious gem, he protected and treasured Ella that's why he doesn't like Ella to be free as a bird she liked for his father afraid she will be exploited in many ways or hurt by anyone. As a father, he is so possessive towards his one and only daughter and his protective beast on the mode when it comes to her. His possession for her, choke her not him realizing it.

Back in her childhood, her father is so caring to her they play whenever he gets home, weekends and special occasions it brought to her happiness and growing each day with it fills her whole being to be the free-spirited child she is. Until his father's business corrupt his time. He spent late at night in the office, missing important events of her life as years go by they started arguing things Ella loved to do but her father prohibited her.

When she is in her senior high days she proposed to her parents the idea of living alone by the dormitory of their school but she failed and she never insisted. Until her graduation day she wanted to enroll schools abroad but again his father decline and Ella tried to persuade him and it angers him

Oliver Han: "you really love to live on your own? Fine! Do whatever you want but don't ever come back here. Whenever you step out that door you NO LONGER MY CHILD!"

That was the last conversation Ella and his father had that even 4 years had passed her father never contacted her. That's why she swore to herself to work hard to achieve her dream and passion. she never let down herself guard as she continues to live by herself in a foreign country and give other people inspiration.

USA: "We're here!

Usa announces when she saw her friend is in trance.

Ella: "oh"

She said as she snaps back to reality.

Usa: "Are you not hungry?"

Usa ask

Ella: "I am, you're making excuses huh so you can't pay" (A/N: hahaha)

Ella rebutted

Usa: ... ( purse her lips tightly) 'are we really friends?'

As they sat to their table a waiter approach them

Waitress: "can I take your order ma'am?"

Ella received the menu and flip every page.

Ella: "ahhmm can you give me two platters of sweet and sour pork, one Peking roasted duck, dumplings, kung pao chicken, a platter of shrimp calamari, crab with Alavar sauce and hot spicy beef soup, rice and yeah chocolate moist cake my fave and a bottle of wine, please" (yum yum)

USA:... 'is she that hungry now? It doubles the size she ate than her usual meal(sad face) really... wallet of mine R.I.P'

Waitress: "how about you ma'am? "

USA: "I'm not that hungry, water will do. " Usa said.

Waitress: "ok ma'am please wait."

As the waitress leave Ella glare dagger to Usa.

Usa:...
