chapter 11

Not wanting to be caught, safia quickly closed the doors and rush to her lessons, noting to ask her father later, with anxiousness she survived her lessons which felt longer than normal, immediately she rush to the palace garden to check her bunnies, 

 upon reaching the huge palace garden that could easily pass as a small tropical forest, safia begun searching for the bunnies, calling out * lulu!....Leo!...* but they were no where to be found, safia's heart started beating faster and faster, scared her bunnies might be hurt 

 she walked up to one of the Gardeners, a middle age uncle who's trimming the flowers, she greeted * Hello uncle..* the Gardener turned and was surprised to see her * hello princess, it's been awhile since you visited here, we missed you so * safia smiles and answers * I've missed you so too uncle, lately my life's getting busier and busier..*

 the uncle smiles, noticing safia looking around with a worried face, he offers * lulu and leo must be around here somewhere, come let's go find them * safia smiles and followed him

 straight he took her to a narrow part of the garden that's not visited often hence the overgrown flowery bush it's surrounded with, the uncle point into the bush speaking * I'm sure they're in there, let's go * 

 they crawl under the flowery bush and immerge into a small little circle,  spotting two white bunnies sitting to the side safia starts towards them but the uncle stopes her, confused she mouths 'why'

 he whispers * they are not stable at the moment my princess, they could hurt you * * Why would they? * safia asks * well....I'm truly not allowed to speak this my princess *

 safia spoke * is it because of the king, he ordered you all not to speak? he took the little bunnies I saw him * the uncle sigh and spoke * yes he did, recently he's been taking all the little bunnies, we'd put them in a cage and he'll take them away, we don't know why *

 safia sighs, * its okay uncle, thank you for telling me this, I won't say a word about you to father * he smiles gratefully

Later into the night, after having her dinner safia sat crossed legged on her bed knitting a green sweater, on it boldly spell out MY KING in a leaf like style

 a knock sounded on her door before opening to reveal her father, he smiled as he speak * sewing, its beautiful * thinking its for him *thank you father * * don't stay awake too late okay * and he went to exist, safia quickly called out 

 * Father wait....can we talk? * he pause, sighing he nods and stood at the door, safia stress * Can you sit? * he answers * no dear I'm in a hurry I got things to do, quick and say what you need *

 safia nods and started * well I went to the garden today to see lulu and leo, but things weren't okay with them, they...* her father cuts * yes yes I know, they are sad because I took their children, it's not a problem they'll just birth more * 

 * how could you say such a thing father, why would you even take their children? what did you do to them? * her father sighs tiredly * like I said, it's not a problem so just leave it * 

 * it is a problem, a very big one, I need an honest answer.....* king Travis curses inwardly before relying * alright fine, so stubborn...I eat them Bunnies, I won't again so calm down and leave it, I won't take your bunnies again * 

With that he walks out before safia could say anything more.

 left sitting there with many questions unanswered, safia whispers " but you don't even eat bunnies...and I saw you took them down into the secret stairway...*

 feeling sad safia climb down her bed, put on her pajama and silently head out into the warm night to meet hunter

 as she reached their little lake she was surprised to see hunter already standing there, shirtless, with only a purple jean thats rolled up to his knees, hair neatly cumb

 while she's wearing a simple white nightgown with a long pink hood, and her hair in two messy braids, 

  hunter walked up to her, before she could say anything about him being shirtless hunter defended * the situation called for it, it's a warm night which makes it perfect for swimming *

 safia smiles * alright fine, but it's not like you're gonna swim this late..*  *exactly what I'm gonna do, we're gonna do, hope you like late night swimming, because today...we're going swimming *
