Whispering Wisp Movement 4

The sun rose up and the time was approximately 6 am. The cold morning wind woke Arthur up from his slumber. This was the final day that would determine if he would be able to learn Whispering Wisp Movement in time, not knowing that Ken actually needed 2 weeks not just 1. The reason he did this was to make the illusion that there was a goal that he must push himself to.

After waking up, his body was full of energy as his movements have improved over the course of the week. Everything he had done was all coming down to this day. No one else could learn the technique as fast as Arthur could in Roax.

Starting up his routine, he first warmed up his body then ran around the area to reach the distance of at least 5 kilometers. He then practiced his swings to better convert the power of his strikes into speed. With each strike, he got faster and faster to the point where even his own eyes cannot even track his own movements.

The reason being, his body strength may have had increased but not his mental strength. This technique confuses the mind and creates illusions. Arthur's own mental strength was relatively weak as compared to his body strength. The difference was astounding.

Another factor was that he was extremely proficient with how no energy was lost in converting power into speed. Previously, he was just able to increase his speed by twice and this was when Arthur was fighting Ken. Right now, Arthur could increase his speed by five times using the same amount of energy as he fought Ken.

This development was shocking but what was even more surprising was that Arthur couldn't just increase his speed by five times instead he could increase it by ten times. Ten times was the maximum limit he could increase his strength while having his body be safe. But that was not his actual limit as he could actually increase the speed of his strikes by 20 times while suffering minor damage and increase his speed by 25 times by suffering major injuries.

This amount of speed was extremely important in Whispering Wisp Movement albeit it was just a fragment of the godly technique it came from.

After striking a thousand strikes at the training dummy, what was left could barely be called a training dummy as it was a pile of trash.

What was next was improving his reflexes, he threw 20 pieces of rocks now instead of 10 hoping he could improve faster than before. This could be considered as wishful thinking but according to Arthur, it could probably work.

After throwing the 20 pieces of rocks in the air, Arthur tried to grab as many as he could while not using speed but just natural instinct of reaction. This time he now had a clear mind rather than an exhausted one from before. Now he caught 5 pieces of rocks albeit they were relatively close to each other.

Looking at the pieces of rocks he got, "I don't need to catch a lot, I just need to have a foundation of catching 5 pieces of rock to get to the first step." All Arthur had to do now was to consistently catch 5 pieces of rocks each time.

After successfully doing his task, there were only 17 hours left before the day ends. He now had to incorporate everything he did into improving the Wisp Movement Technique to get the first step of Whispering Wisp Movement.

This was not an easy task because if it was then everyone would have this technique to be their main ones due to the sheer combat ability this provides, not to mention the swordsmanship specifically meant to aid one to fully utilize Whispering Wisp Movement.
