Chapter 57: Banquet

Three days later, in the Great Hall.

Today was the end-of-year banquet, and all the young wizards were gathered in the hall, enjoying their last dinner of the semester.

The entire hall was decorated with the iconic blue of Ravenclaw, and the eagle emblem could be seen all around.

The Ravenclaw students were having a party like it was the first day of the year. This year, Ravenclaw finally won the House Cup, and they also secured the Quidditch championship.

"In third place, Hufflepuff, with 352 points."

"In second place, Slytherin, with 451 points."

"And lastly, the first place, Ravenclaw, with 502 points."

A thunderous cheer and applause erupted from the Ravenclaw table, even students from Hufflepuff and Gryffindor joined in celebrating them.

Slytherin had won the House Cup for six straight years, so Ravenclaw's victory was a cause for celebration. Except for Slytherin, the other three houses had some problems with them.

Arthur noticed Professor Snape ruthlessly cutting his steak with a knife and fork as if he could hear the grinding sound.

Professor Snape noticed Arthur looking at him and gave him a sharp glare. But Arthur responded with a bright smile instead of getting annoyed, leaving Professor Snape frustrated.

"Mr. Harry Potter, for his bravery in the face of a problem and great bravery, I award Gryffindor 60 points!"

The cheers from Gryffindor almost brought down the decor of the ceiling hall. They were overjoyed. Even though they hadn't beaten Ravenclaw, they had managed to beat their biggest rivals, Slytherin.

Professor Dumbledore raised his hand, and the Gryffindor students slowly quieted down.

"And finally..."
