On the train, Cho, as the prefect, began her routine inspection while Arthur took a few other girls to a compartment.

Soon after the train started, Draco Malfoy approached them excitedly.

"Arthur, do you know what's the big event at Hogwarts?"

"That's right, even I know it. You mush have known it long ago. How is it? Do you want to participate?"

His excited attitude amused Arthur, who shook his head. "No, Draco, I have no intention of participating."

Disappointed by Arthur's response, Draco realized that it would be too much if even Arthur joined.

After Draco left, Hermione eagerly asked Arthur about the event, but he didn't reveal anything, only promising that she would know everything when school started.

Arthur's teasing behavior earned him some playful complaints from the girls.
