Chapter 184: Reappearance of Dementors

At the Quidditch pitch, Arthur sat in the stands with Luna and Astoria on both sides of him.

"Why are you sitting with us in Ravenclaw?"

Arthur looked at Astoria next to him, feeling confused.

"There's no Slytherin match today, so I can sit wherever I want."

Astoria replied, puffing out her chest and eyeing Luna.

Looking at the two blonde beauties, Arthur was speechless.

It was clear that Astoria was competing with Luna. Their rivalry had started at the beginning of the school year.

Astoria, like Hermione, didn't believe Luna's stories about Crumple-Horned Snorkacks.

Although their relationship was usually good, they always competed with each other in strange ways.

Arthur ignored them and enjoyed his first time watching a Ravenclaw match from the stands, and he felt pretty good about it.

As the players from both teams walked onto the field, Gryffindor and Ravenclaw both cheered.

"Go, Ravenclaw!"

"Gryffindor will win!"

The young wizards on both sides cheered for their respective houses.

Arthur waved his wand, and a Ravenclaw crest with a blue eagle painted on it fluttered in the wind.

"Oh!"

Instantly, the cheers for Ravenclaw grew louder.

Cho saw Arthur and her friends and waved in their direction with a smile.

Luna stood up and held up her clipboard, which had words of encouragement for Cho written on it.

Meanwhile, Oliver Wood from Gryffindor was feeling a bit nervous.

He noticed that both of Ravenclaw's Firebolts were present. One was in Cho's hands, and the other had been assigned to a Chaser.

"Harry! It's all up to you!"

Wood yelled out towards Harry, putting pressure on him.

There was no other way, the pressure brought by the Firebolts was just too strong.

As an avid Quidditch fan, Wood knew that Ravenclaw's Firebolt was far superior to all other brooms available today.

He could only hope that Harry's flying skills were better than Cho's so that he could catch the Golden Snitch as soon as possible.

Harry nodded firmly at Wood.

As the match began, the players took to the air one by one.

The weather today was a bit bad, with strong winds blowing continuously and dark clouds looming overhead.

Sure enough, after the game had been going on for about ten minutes, heavy rain began to fall.

Arthur wanted to use a spell to change the weather, but it was too late.

If he acted now, it would interfere with the game, and Ravenclaw would be penalized and lose the match.

The players on the field struggled to play in the bad weather.

Harry kept a close eye on Cho's movements, but the storm and almost completely darkened sky made his eyes extremely poor.

He could barely see Cho's blurry figure.

What nobody noticed was that the clouds over the Forbidden Forest grew thicker and denser, like spilled ink.

And the cloud continued to rush in the direction of the Quidditch pitch.

"Do you feel a sudden chill?"

A young wizard asked his friend, tightening his school uniform around him.

But his friend didn't answer, instead staring at the dark clouds in awe.

"It's Dementors! The Dementors are here!" he yelled, causing everyone to panic and look at the scene in fear.

Harry flew through the air like a headless fly when suddenly, a familiar and terrifying chill rushed towards him.

A coldness that brought despair and an unforgettable memory to his mind.

The voice of a begging woman, a piercing laughter that made him unable to hold onto his broomstick.

"Harry! He's falling from the sky!" a sharp-eyed wizard noticed Harry's situation and shouted loudly.

Arthur naturally saw it too and shook his head somewhat regretfully.

He had hoped to use this opportunity to force Harry to learn the Patronus Charm, but it seemed he had failed.

Arthur had expected the Dementors would not be able to resist coming out today, as the Quidditch pitch was like a tempting piece of meat because of all the wizards.

Dumbledore had left again since Sirius Black's attack, so Arthur had to take action.

"Expecto Patronum!"

Arthur's voice rang clear in the stormy weather, and a brilliant silver light cut through the almost pitch-black sky.

The panicked wizards also felt a warm power, which calmed their fear.

All their attention was now focused on that light.

"Chirp!"

"Woo ~!"

Two animal roars were heard as the silver light quickly assembled into a phoenix and a unicorn.

The radiance emanating from them dispersed some of the clouds in the sky and gave many people courage.

Eventually, senior students also took out their wands, following the lead of these two guardians.

"Expecto Patronum!"

Several high-achieving senior students summoned their own Patronuses and charged into the middle of the Dementors following the unicorn.

Meanwhile, the phoenix flew low and accurately caught Harry, who was falling from the sky.

By this time, the Dementors were already frozen with fear, finally remembering the terror they had once experienced under the control of these two guardians.

The group of Patronuses led by the unicorn rushed through the Dementors, scattering them in all directions.

Soon, they were in chaos and fleeing.

The young wizards below cheered in excitement.

"Gaunt!"

"Gaunt!"

"Gaunt!"

No one knew who started it, but the entire crowd was chanting Arthur's last name, making Arthur feel both funny and frustrated.

If Dumbledore were to see this, he would probably think Arthur was the next Voldemort.

Astoria stood beside Luna, who was showing a sly smile.

"Arthur would be angry if you did that," she said.

Luna looked at Astoria, who resembled a small fox, with a helpless expression. It was Astoria who started the chant.

Although Astoria and Luna were in the same year, Astoria was like a child who never grew up.

"Nonsense, Arthur never gets mad at me,"

Astoria confidently said, pulling Luna along to find Arthur with a mischievous grin.
