Chapter 3 Expulsion and Creepy occurrence

"Although I don't want to do it, you are forcing my hand" The principal said "last year I accepted this behavior, however this is no longer acceptable".

"You are expelled from this academy from this point on, you may collect your stuff and say any goodbyes" he continued.

Walking down the hall and to his dorm room he found himself lucky that he was 'expelled' during a longer break meaning his roommate was there as well, which saved him the hassle of saying goodbye in a classroom.

"So I see you didn't go to class, one day you will get expelled" Guóyīng laughed "You know that right?"

"Actually, I did," Zhāng said while grabbing everything that was his before throwing it into his trunk.

"Wait really?, did you 'stumble' into the girls locker room, or what".

"Nope, I impersonated a staff member".

"Gobble" Guóyīng said as if it was a matter of fact.

Zhāng nodded and smiled a bit.

"You know your mother is going to kill you right".

"Well thank you for the vote of confidence, also pay up"

"what"

"You lost the bet, 100 yuan please" Zhāng reassured

"What the bet was that you would graduate first not get expelled first"

"No, the bet was I would leave the school first not graduate first"

"That's slimy" Guóyīng said while slapping 100 yuan in his hand.

After leaving the academy gates, Zhāng simply started to walk down the busy street filled with people who gave him no mind, while busy it wasn't packed with people like it would be the starting hours of the day, nor like the hours on which people would leave work. And due to the proximity to the school the walk home wasn't that long.

In Fact it was only due to the abundance of dorms for the students who come in from all across the county, and the instance of his parents that Zhāng even considered staying in the dorm rooms at the school.

Despite the at most 1 hour walk he realized something more vexing than anything he previously encountered in his entire life, a flying bird. This flying bird was missing both eyes and for the entire 1 hour never stopped flying above him, nor did it even look like it was considering taking its 'eyes' off of him.

"That has to be the creepiest damn thing I've ever seen" Zhāng thought while walking into the house.

"And what are you doing here?" A woman questioned while walking into vision, through the living room from the dining room. This was Zhāng's mother Liu Huangdi, who was a young Chinese woman with an uncharacteristic Chinese hair color of Blond and a figure that earned her the looks from every man that walks by.

"I was urm" Zhāng said while standing there not really knowing how to break the news to her.

"Expelled" He continued slowly while nodding and squinting a little.

Another man walked into the room just in time to hear Zhāng's last words "and why were you expelled?" He asked with concern. This was obviously Zhāng's Father, Flavio Caesar, who had the characteristic italian Black hair, with blue eyes.

"Mischief, Specifically impersonation of staff" Zhāng whispered to which liu almost fainted on the spot before flaring with anger.

"You're grounded till you're out of this house!" Liu yelled, to which Zhāng simply couldn't help but think about stepping outside of the still open door and saying 'so im ungrounded now' while smiling, but he really doubted that he would've helped the situation.

Closing the door behind himself, he embarrassingly moved across the house with the 'Walk of shame' once he did finally get into his bedroom, he simply plopped onto the bed.

Back in the living room Liu Was still livid and Flavio was still trying to calm her down.

"We both know that he would have had to drop out any way, he is coming of age and will be required to go to FengHuang" He said trying to placate her before getting a quip from Liu "there is a difference from getting expelled and leaving voluntarily, one is a punishment the other is not".

Later at night when Zhāng was sleeping, spread across the bed without a care, once again was that bird seen, not flying but simply staring through the window at the blinds as if it could see through them and straight at Zhāng.

It was only after a few minutes that the bird abruptly jumped off the window seal, quickly dodging what seemed to be a long flying snake biting at the previous location of the bird. Afterwards the two flying creatures started 'fighting' although it was only the snake-like creature that was attacking the other, while the bird was simply dodging and trying to get away.

In the end the bird sped up and started to run away and just as fast the snake was catching up to it, however abruptly it stopped and started to slither in the air back to Zhāng's house. Once it did get back to the house at the end of the street it sped up and seemingly flew through the brick wall.

Flying through the room completely it regained corporality and laid on bed curling up like a rope and resting its head on the foot of the completely unaware Zhāng.
