Part 1 :The middle of the century

In the first half of the twenty first century eight beings came to Earth.

When the first one came with cat ears the world went crazy over the existence of cat girls from another world.

Then the second one came with horns and the internet broke. They were worshiped as goddesses by the weebs.

But after a while later, the first one Luga, the cat girl, destroyed a huge city with a flick of her hand. Millions who were captivated by her charm were filled with fear after witnessing the scale of destruction caused by one person.

Eventually the third, fourth and up to the seventh being came. They were either a demon or beast folk. Earth was now ruled by beings from another world.

Before the eighth one came people had lost hope of winning against these monsters.

Then he came, Icarus the demon.

His power was could not be compared with the other seven. He then united the rest of humanity and defeated the the other seven. Fearing death they fled from this world.

Humanity was now united and was indebted to him. Many begged him to stay, but he left after leaving a warning for humanity to be prepared for the future.

Part 2 ;The Advanced Infantry Project

After Icarus had left, random disturbances across the globe brought monsters into Earth. They were not as powerful as the great eight but still dangerous.

Humanity decided to create a means to defend itself. There were small groups who hunted monsters on a local scale and large factions that operated across continents.

But one small faction was the most important and most powerful, it was the Advanced Infantry project.

The Advanced Infantry Project combined humans with the best available technology enhancing their capabilities. They handled extremely dangerous types of monsters.

Their best card was 'The First Squad', the squad with highest kills and no failures. It was legendary. But only the squad members and their handlers knew the truth.

It was a nightmare. The captain, Kellogg was machine like human who cared only about efficiency. He didn't have feelings or felt emotions. He existed to complete tasks.

It wasn't even a joke when the members said he would even sell off their kidneys even his own to finish a job.

No one knows about his past or who he was before joining the project, he must have had a pretty messed up time.
