Chapter 34

After Frank left, Ollie decided to stifle a possible ambush by waiting it out. Wes, used to Ollie’s creative decisions, agreed and they were on their way to the village they had scheduled to go to originally. They would wait there for more than a week or two. That neatly gave them a chance to breathe and Mica to try and sort out what was going on.

Right now, it seems Mica is just glad that Wes and Ollie haven’t lied to her. Again, understandable. However, it’s not every day that people find out they’re dragons, so she has to have thoughts and feelings about it. Wes expected to be asked more about the type she was and had gathered his knowledge in preparation, but there was no need for it. Mica didn’t ask.
