More responsibility

I followed Kai Wen to Jun Jie office.

"Lei Song, Xiao Qing is here." Kai Wen said

"Alright, being her to Mr. Yang's office. He'll be there after his meeting finishes." Song informs Kai Wen and I.

"Alright, I'll bring her to CEO Yang's office and keep her company meanwhile then." Kai Wen told Song before heading to Jun Jie's office.

"Take a seat, I'll get you some water." Kai Wen said before getting up to get water.

"Thank you Kai Wen." I smiley then gave June a belly rub.

"Here here, have some water." Kai Wen said handing me a cup of water.

"Kai Wen, thank you for taking care of me." I said gratefully

"Aren't you used to it. I heard that you were born into a wealthy family." Kai Wen said

"Oh, no. Since I lost my ability to talk, my family treated me like a maid in the house. Even though the people that treated me well was the maids, they couldn't help me much with my situation. Then a few months ago, I got into an accident and gain my ability to talk again with the price of my sight." I said holding back tears

"I'm sorry, I didn't know."

"It's okay, it's all in the past. Now I want to have a good life and maybe even show my biological family that I'm better off without them!"

"You can do it!"

We both continued to talk.

20 minutes later, Jun Jie entered the room.

"CEO Yang," Kai Wen said, "I was just keeping Xiao Qing company. I'll leave now."

She stands up and left. Jun Jie takes a seat.

"Alright. I've sent you a recording about the new project that will launch next week. You'll be at the launch and present what it is so you need to be prepared. Everything you need to know about it is in there. Create some kind of presentation about the project by next Monday. You'll need to present it in front of the the directors. And you'll present it one more time at the launch." Jun Jie said

"Got it, is that all?"

"Yes, you can either go home first or you can wait here and go home with me. Your choice."

"I'll just wait here. If that doesn't trouble you, of course."

"You can work on the presentation now if you like. If you need anything, just ask me."

"Alright, thank you."

I took about my special tablet that I got to especially use to take note. And so, I sat there and worked for two hours straight.

"Everyone already left the office, let's head home Xiao Qing." Jun Jie said

"Alright, I'll pack my things up. One second" I said collecting my things and put it in my purse.

"Let's go!" I said standing up

"Alright."

We had dinner like the day before and everyone headed back to their room right after. I was exhausted from the photoshoot so I took a shower and went straight to bed. But when my back hits the bed, someone knocked on my door.

"Who is it?" I yell out

"It's me, Jun Jie, I just want to tell you that you don't have to go to the company tomorrow." He yelled from the other side of the door.

"Alright got it! Good night!" I yell out

"Good night!" Jun Jie said, he sounded happy

After the conversation, I passed out.

The next morning.

"Young Mistress you're awake, you've been sleeping for 12 hours. I was worried that something bad happened to you." Said one of the housekeeper.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I was exhausted yesterday, I guess I passed out." I said

"Well, have some breakfast."

"Thank you. Am I the only one here?"

"Little Young Master has already for school and Young Master has left for work."

"Oh okay," I said taking the bowl of noodles from the housekeeper

"I'll leave, I'll come later to collect the bowl. If you need anything, just call for me."

"Alright. Oh by the way, what's your name?"

"I'm Ling Qiang."

"Nice to meet you!"

I spent the whole day trying to think of a creative way to present the project. After a while of not having any good idea, I decided to ask round for idea.

"Miss Ling!" I called out

"Yes, you called me?" Miss Ling appeared a few minutes later.

"Do you have any idea on how to present a launch of a fashion collection?" I ask hoping she'd has an answer

"What's the theme of the collection?" She questioned

"Water, a collection of different water inspired ball gown." I said

"Since it's inspired by the water, why not talk about each dress and what's it's based on. Maybe create a story. Make it water related." She said

"Wow, Miss Ling knows a lot. Thank you for the idea!" I said

"No problem, I made your lunch. You should go have some."

"Could you lead the way?" I ask

"Sure, right this way." She said and grab my hand

"Thank you!"

I enjoyed the lunch that was prepared for myself and got back to creating my presentation. I made a video recording of what I wanted to say and put it all together.

"Young Mistress, please come down and join Young Master and Little Young Master for dinner. They're waiting for you."

"Thank you, I'll be right there."

Miss Ling helped me to the dinning room.

"Did you enjoy your day at home?" Jun Jie asks.

"Sure, I finished the presentation." I answered happily

"That's great, can I take a look at it?" Jun Jie asks

"Never mind, Weilong also want to see. Can we see it together?" Jun Jie ask again

"Sure! You guys can see it after dinner"

"Weilong said that we should finish dinner quickly and go check it out." Jun Jie said happily

"Alright!"

After dinner, we headed to my room.
