Doesn't everyone have a system?

In this story, the system is not giving the power to fly or control the dead. It is not insulting the mc, or giving super powers - at least in the beginning.

What it is doing, is nudging the mc to behave differently and give perks and punishments, that could easily happen in real life.

It comes unbidden and might be everywhere, but is also something nobody really talks about. It might be everywhere and secretly control the world, or just live in the imagination of our mc.
