Noah hadn't wanted to come to school today, but he knew he had to take his classes seriously. Tests were going to start soon and he needed to have better grades since basketball practice was taking his time so much.
He had two classes that morning and went to the basketball court where he practiced with his friends, using that opportunity to get his mind off waht has been happening.
But as soon as he saw Jared enter the court, his mind wandered back to what he had been avoiding. He looked around, hoping Jared and come alone and was glad it was just him. Jared exchanged a glance with him before he joined their practice session. He was already wearing his vest so there was no need for him to change.
