14. First Attack Of Monster Tide

Estonia is not just a home of intelligent races, but there also lives a very powerful race . Whose existence many people have forgotten. They are mindless but are bloodthirsty.

People of this world only read about them in books, but nobody has seen them for real. For unknown reason after the war ended this race also went into hidding waiting to rise again.

In both of the continents , 60% of land is covered with forest. They are called lost forest and the other is called dark forest. On the human continent, every human is afraid to venture into the dark forest. Because once someone went inside then they will never will be able to come out again. And the race ,who disappeared. Reside in the core of this forest.

This race were known as monster by the all races 100s of years ago. But after 100s of years later. They just became a mare legend.

But the people of this world didn't know that a calamity is coming toward them while they enjoy a lavish life with their tecnology products.

At the core of the dark forest and lost forest, which connect this two continents together . Is the residence of a powerful individual,who can shack the whole world with just his breath only. was now resting here for millennia.

One day the monster suddenly opened his eyes and looked in the direction, where dastan is currently staying. The monster felt some disturbence in the mana there.

After some time, the monster let out a thunderous laughter which shook the whole forest. After calming down he called out to his most trusted servent.

" Idos, " as the word reverberate through out the core of the forest, few minutes later an agile figure could be seen coming while tumbling in the air.

" My lord , whats your order."

After kneeling down in front of his lord , idor asked.

Idor has a head of a lion and the rest of his body is a combination of multiple animals like, legs are like eagle, tail is like snake while rest of his body is that of a horse. In a whole it could be called a chimera.

Go and tell izalner that " it's time."

" Time for what my lord."

" Don't ask unnecessary questions, just do your work." A groul from the monster made him shiver in fear and stop asking anything else after a while later idor left to deliver his lords massage.

Seeing that idor has left, the monster mutter to himself. 'Let's see how that bastards will stop me now. Hahahaha.....'

At KGN hospital, dastan had just came out of the game . After whole day of grinding levels, he was able to reach level 23. And surprisingly he got an spell book by killing a beast.

Which is very rare. The drop rate of this game is very miniscule. There is only 1 in a 100 chance for a something to drop. And dastan could be said to be lucky.

The spell is called ' fire dragon ' . After casting this spell , a dragon will manifest itself. And dastan just has to control it by his mana sence. And explode it whenever he wants. Pretty simple and powerful spell.

Dastan liked it very much and learned it right there in the forest.

After opening his eyes he looked at what could be seen like a shadow. And he knew it was Claire his sister. Untill now he didn't tell her about it. Waiting for a good chance.

" Dastan you came out finely. You are really obsessed with the game . " Claire said , even though she sounded angry but she wasn't. Instead she was happy for dastan.

" Who has spent his whole life in darkness. And suddenly sees a light then why would he wants to go back to darkness."

" You learnt how to talk as well."

" Ah... sister did you heard any news with a situation like mine." To understand what is the reason for his recovery in the game , dastan asked Claire to look out for this kind of news . who knows maybe there are some other people who got lucky like himself. But dastan thought it is negligible. All his doubts are on the obelisk. But he can't prove it.

" Not untill now dastan,but i think you are special so don't think to much about it and just enjoy the life you have given in the game." Hearing Claire dastan let out a hollow laugh. And thought ' I am not naive enough to think anything could be free in this world sister.'

" Alright lets have dinner." After that both of them enjoyed their dinner together. And after dinner Claire stayed for a while and left.

Seeing his sister leaving dastan directly went inside the obelisk and started his test again to reach the mountain. And today is the day when he finished with this test.

As dastan kept moving after every battle. It was a lot easier then before now with the help of his new spell. Things became much more relaxing.

At 6am in the morning dastan finally reached the foot of the mountain. And the mountain was so big that the top of the mountain could not be seen from where he was standing.

Looking around for some clue , dastan didn't find anything useful other then bunch of different flowers all around him. So he decided to go all the way to the top. As dastan started his climb on the mountain.

Outside a shocking video is being played on the news . It's about the monster tide. Which is the first time they have seen it. But the royal family were even more tence about this because they knew about the monster from there ancestor and knew that one day they would come. But they would come this early they didn't know.

The emporer seating on the throne alone looked at the direction of the forest and said in a soft voice." The era is going to change again."
