Veldora dissipated his imaginary space with a frown. "He cheated. But a promise is a promise. Lead the way, you cheating air conditioner." Veldora said, pointing at Kevin.

Kevin ignoring Veldora's remark, led them outside the house. The various squads of soldiers tensed up, pointing their guns at them.

"Halt." Kevin ordered. The soldiers reluctantly obeyed the orders. In their perspective, Kevin was no different than a Herrscher.

Kevin led the group to a VTOL jet. Telling them to board it.

"Your subordinates really trust you. Ku-hahahaha." Veldora sent a mocking smile at Kevin while boarding the VTOL.

Kevin nodding at Veldora's sarcasm, sighted. "Almost all of them lost something to the Honkai. Be it family, property, the lives of their loved ones.

It's only natural that they hate me, who bears the same genes as them." Kevin looked outside the window of the VTOL. Watching the soldiers still being wary of them.

"Massively Augmented Neo-Tech Integrated Soldiers, in short Project MANTIS. So they really did it..." HIMEKO looked at Kevin with pity in her eyes.

"So that's the reason you are emitting all that cold." Hua shared her thoughts.

"Yes, I was with a gene construct that is known as Intra-Chromosomal Honkai Gene Repeats. In short ICHOR. It makes me able to

control the freezing of water molecules. It's side effects make so my body temperature can't go below -30° Celcius."

Kevin replied. Sadness visible in his face. "I can't even hold hands with MEI anymore..." Kevin continued, still facing the window.

Hua, feeling a bit of pity. Turned towards Veldora. "Veldora-sensei, can you do anythi- oh... you're asleep." Hua looked at the sleeping figure of Veldora, not bothering to wake him up.

An awkward silence filled the VTOL, The silence continued until one of the Fire MOTH's bases could be seen.

"Veldora-sensei, it's time to wake up." Hua started shaking Veldora to wake him up.

"Huh, I wasn't even sleeping. The great Storm Dragon doesn't need to sleep, Ku-hahahaha!" Veldora spoke, his voice coming from outside the VTOL.

Kevin ignoring Veldora's antics led the way inside the base. HIMEKO being a DBZ side character followed after KEVIN, looking at the tensed up soldiers.

When they just went inside of the base. A guy that gives off small dick energy confronted them.

"You still have the galls to walk in here despite failing your missio-" Before the embodiment of a young master could finish. He miraculously disappeared.

"Hmm? Were you guys talking to someone?" Veldora questioned them.

"No, we were not." Kevin continued leading the way towards the lab of Dr. Mobius.

"Where did that guy go?" HIMEKO asked Hua. "I don't know. But he wasn't needed anyways." Hua replied, looking at the walls of the base with slight nostalgia.

"We are here." Kevin announced their arrival. The door opened after Kevin put a code on the pad near the door.

There could be seen six individuals in the room.

A green haired and green eyed women that was wearing a lab coat along with glasses. Smirking creepily.

A dark-purple haired young woman with indigo eyes also wearing a lab coat. Taking notes.

A green haired girl wearing a lab coat drinking milk tea. Working behind a desk.

Two dark brown haired girls identical to each other, watching a pink haired girl floating in a tube filled with a licuid which's properties are unknown.

Veldora seeing the girl floating in the tube widens his eyes. His inner scientist takes control of him as he rushes towards the green haired woman.

"Oi! You guys are injecting that girl with a Honkai beasts genes, right? I got a better idea! Give my physical forms genes to her!" Veldora took the green haired woman by surprise as she suddenly jumped out of reflex.

"Who are you and how did you get in my lab?! I told the guards to not allow anyone in here no matter what!" The green haired woman screamed back at Veldora.

"There weren't and guards though?" Veldora replied, genuinely confused.

"Dr. Mobius, he is the one who defeated Kevin according to the report Kevin issued." The dark-purple haired woman replied to the green haired woman, now known as Mobius.

"I don't care about who he is, MEI! Were in the middle of getting closer to perfecting humanity!" Mobius hissed towards the dark-purple haired woman now known as MEI.

"Don't worry, I am a man of science myself! And if you listen to me, your humanity will be even closer to perfection!" Veldora spoke, ignoring the stares he was getting from everyone.

'Besides, the girl in that tube sure is special. She feels like that herrscher that attacked me, but purer. My genes won't be wasted by someone like that. Of course, I will lower the intensity of genes so that she won't explode.'

Veldora thought to himself. Determined to start experimenting with his physical bodies genes.

Mobius unaware of Veldora's thoughts started thinking. 'If what he said is true, I would be more than happy to experiment on his genes. This guy beat Kevin without having an ounce of Honkai energy according to the reports.

Maybe I should give him a chance, the only thing I have to lose are some human bodies. The pro's outweighs the con's.'

"Fine, just give me the samples." Mobius demanded. Veldora hearing this spawned a clone of his body out of nowhere.

"Take all you want." Mobius, without even questioning about where the body came from. Started to take samples.

After some time she stopped injecting the pink haired girl with the Judgement class Honkai beast Mahesvara's genes and applied Veldora's.

The girl's closed eyes opened and she started fidgeting. Her seemingly pink eyes started to turn yellow because of the True Dragon's genes. And her ears started to grow because of Mahesvara's genes.

The process was over in an instant. The people in the lab other than Veldora was surprised at how fast it was.

-Elysia POV-

'That guy Kevin... he beat me again... Mou~ first he beat my high record. And now he becomes the first MANTIS.' I thought to myself as I was going under the surgery of becoming one. Pretending to be asleep.

Just when I thought it was over. A strange sensation filled my nerves. 'What is happening?' I felt a slight pain.

'Wasn't it over?' The pain intensified as I was forced to open my eyes. And at that moment, I heard a voice.

{Notice, the individual 'Elysia' has evolved into Draconic Herrscher. Requirements are met. Forming a soul corridor between individual 'Elysia' and individual 'Veldora'. Error, individual Veldora's soul cannot be found. Asking for permission. Permission given. Soul Corridor has been established. Evolving individual 'Elysia' into a spiritual lifeform, successful.}

Before I could hear more, I fainted.
