Chapter Five

******** Fernando POV******

It's been 2 hours since I arrived at Alberto's house and yet, no sign of him.. where the f*ck is he?!!... "Fernan, where's Alberto?!... Hasn't he arrived?!" Al's mom asked, coming out of the kitchen and sitting down on the couch "no he hasn't.. he said he wanted to go do something important.. but he'll be back soon" I answered smiling "oh ok, so fernan.. I'm surprised by your visit.. because it's been long since you last visit" Al's mom arched a brow and smiled at me " haha mamá, it's not like that.. you see, I've been really busy with both school works .. so, I didn't have time to visit and I'm really sorry for not checking up on you mamá.. I missed you" I stood up from my seat and went towards mamá and gave her a very warm hug .. you know, I lost my mom when I was 3 and Al's mom is like my second mom "ah I've missed you too my son" she said, returning the hug "so, what's with the sudden visit?" She asked as we broke the hug and I sat beside her "well mamá, me and Alberto were given an assignment to write about the history of Africa and we both agreed to do the assignment here" I grinned sheepishly "oh, sounds like you both have a lot of work to do" mamá said "yeah I know.. I just hope that Alberto arrives soon" I scratched the back of my head nervously .. Just then, the door opened and Alberto suddenly walked in....

********Alberto POV********

I arrived at my home.. I stretched out my hand And grabbed the door knob, about to open the door when it finally struck me that I haven't called my co-worker yet. I quickly brought out my phone and dialled his name.. he picked at second ring

*David : yo what's up man!!!... Where are you!!!.. why aren't you at work yet?!!!..

*Alberto : *coughs a little and fakes sick tone* ah sorry man.. I'm not feeling too well.. I think it's fever... Sorry for not calling on time..

*David : oh sorry about that

*Alberto : nah it's fine.. hey can I ask a favour?.. could you cover up for me till I get better?.. please

*David : oh sure man, no prob ....

*Alberto : thanks man, I owe you one ...

*David : yeah sure

I ended the call and sighed deeply.. I opened the door and walked in the house and shut the door "hey guys " I smiled nervously "where have you been Alberto?!!" Mamá asked me with a questioning look "yeah Al, where have you been?!.. I've been waiting for you for like.. 2 and half hours now" fernan stood up and walked towards me while crossing his arms "umm.. I had to go... Do something" "oh really ... Something like what?" I scratched the back of my head "it's not important tho so.. no need for questions" "not important??!!.. if I remember correctly, at school, you said you had to go do something important.. and now you're here, saying it's not?!" I got a little pissed by fernan's persistence "look bruh, could we just forget about where ever I went to and go do the goddamn assignment!!" Fernan raised his hands in surrender "Aight bruh, whatever you say" I sighed "whatever... Let's go to my room" fernan grinned widely "alright let's go" I rolled my eyes and walked towards the stairs and ascended it to my room with fernan behind me...

We arrived at my room and fernan dived ontop of my bed "wow!.. so soft" he said, caressing my blanket. I rolled my eyes and took off my clothes, leaving me with just my boxers. I grabbed a towel "alright fernan, I'm just gonna take a little shower.. be out in 5 minutes" I said as I headed towards the bathroom and shut the door.. I took off my boxers, leaving it on the floor, and entered the bathtub.. I turned on both hot and cold switch.. I moaned a little as the warm water touched my body, making feel relaxed.. *skip skip skip* I was done bathing as I tied the towel around my waist and walked out the bathroom.. Fernan raised his head and stared at me.. i arched a brow and called his name "fernan!" But he didn't answer.. He seems to be lost staring at me.. hmm weird "Fernando!!" I yelled this time and it seemed to do the trick as fernan jolted out of his "daydream" "huh what what what!!" I stared at fernan, confused... Fernan has been acting weird lately "fernan are you ok" I asked a little bit concerned "what'd you mean bruh, I'm fine" he chuckled nervously. I sighed and walked towards my closet and grabbing a t-shirt and shorts and headed towards the bathroom to change.. Once I was done, I came out the bathroom, cleaning my hair with a towel cuz it was still a little bit wet "alright fernan, let's begin our assignment" fernan nodded in agreement whilst smiling "cool let's start".. I got out my laptop and sat down on the bed with fernan; I opened it "ok so first, we're gonna do a little research on the history of Africa" I said, typing the words on my laptop and clicked "search"....

********Fernando POV******

I laid on the bed, inhaling Alberto's sweet scent when suddenly I heard the bathroom door open. I looked up and saw Alberto dripping wet cuz he just got out of the shower... Gosh!! can the guy get even hotter!! My heart just skipped beats as I kept admiring Alberto... One thing's for sure, I've fallen deeply for this guy.. I was still admiring him until I heard my name being yelled out "Fernando!!" And that seemed to jolt me out of my daydream "huh what what what?!" I figured that it was Alberto that called me.. "are you okay bruh?" He asked; I could sense concern in his voice awwwn so sweet "what'd you mean bruh, I'm fine" I chuckled nervously.. he got some clothes from his closet and went to the bathroom to change.. he came out after a short while, drying his hair with a towel. Gosh he looks so hot.. my heart skipped another beat.. why is it that everything Alberto does always have an effect on me?.. "alright fernan, let's begin our assignment" I nodded in agreement, smiling widely "cool let's start".. He grabbed his laptop and sat with me on the bed. He opened the laptop "ok so first, we're gonna do a little research on the history of Africa" he said typing the words and clicked "search".. ..

*1 hour later*

We've done half of our assignment when suddenly, the door opened and mamá walked in "hey boys, i brought you guys some snacks" she said as she set the tray down "thanks mamá" me and Alberto said at the same time and smiled .. "alright boys, I'll leave you two now so you could finish your assignment" she smiled and walked out the door, shutting it.. me and Alberto collected some snacks for the tray and munched on it and then continued with our assignment...
