Continuation from last scene 

The baby continues to cry without the dad trying to calm him.. he just left him there to cry.. 

Samuel: immediately he got out of the gate. He could here the baby crying and his emotions wouldn't let him be.. 

He wanted turning back inside but decided not to after remembering what Henry did.. 

He trekked for a bit and then looked for a taxi and went home.. 

Scene2 ( samuel and his mom talking in the room) 

Around evening hours, that same day.

Mom: haba Samuuuuu how can you leave that baby alone like that.. 

Samuel: see mum you won't understand..he really got me angryy seriously 

Mom: I know my love but you shouldn't have left the baby at that state.. 

Infact what did he even do? 

Have you forgotten he's your oga( boss) 

Samuel: mom this is not about who is boss or who is working.. the fact is that he got me angryy and his action led to the baby falling..

Mom: then tell me what he did ? Why can't you say it? 

Samuel: hahahah... 

Mom: you're even laughing... it means its not a serious thing because if it was..you won't be laughing.. 

Samuel: see mom you won't understand.. its not something I can say seriously... he said and laughed again.. 

Mom: hmmm.. when did you start keeping things from me ?? Tell me joor

Samuel: mom can you imagine he was sneaking on me? 

Mom: sneaking on you? How ? What way? 

Samuel: i was in the bathroom bathing and I caught him looking at me..

Mom: and so? After that? 

Samuel: which one is after that ? Are you trying to say what he did is not bad..

Mom: 🤣🤣🤣🤣.. this boy eeh..

So tell me now what is wrong in what he did? A guy looking at you doesn't mean anything na.. or what are you thinking could be his reasons for doing so? 

Samuel: hmm..

Mom: don't tell me its what I'm thinking 🤔.. wait you this boy are you thinking may be he's Into you? 🤣🤣

Samuel: hmmmm

Mom: how can a man who is married with a wife be into you.. and a fellow man for that matter... is that making sense to you.. 

And from all your explanation you acted to serious.. he's still your boss.. you shouldn't have shoutéd at him..

Samuuuuu samuuuuu! Dont forget we need this money for your sister.. please just let go of your ego and emotions and work for him well... 

Samuel: hmmm... I don hear you 

Mom: you should not only hear o.. you should also hid to it and act accordingly.. 

Samuel: its ok mom.. I understand you..

Mom: have you called him since you came back in the morning? 

Samuel: no, he called me but I didn't pick up! 

Mom: eeh? You didn't pick up? Your boss called you and you're not answering him? Wait Samuel are you sure you're ready to work with him? 

Samuel: hmm mom you're taking all of this too serious.. if you don't know he's the one that gave me all this liberty.. he said I should be acting normal with him as a guy to guy stuff

Mom: and you're misusing the opportunity right? Eeh samuuuuu 

I wasn't expecting this.. 

Its just a week now and all of this is happening.. 

 you should call him now and apologise ok!

Samuel: ok i have heard you. I'll call him.. 

Mom: good.. when are you going back ?

Samuel: Monday morning.. very early 

Mom: alright.. 

Scene 3( Henry and his baby ),

Baby: crying so loud...

Henry: oh Jesus.. Jesussss Jesussss help me.. he said while shouting in frustrated tone.. and looking at the baby.. 

The baby ignored all of that and continue crying.. 

Henry: oh God what will I do now? He said while staring at the baby.. 

Scene 4( samuel and his mom) 

That same night, they were packing all the stuffs they used in shop into the house and they were closed for the day.... 

After they were done.. they entered and locked their door.. 

They were all sitting inside the living room watching a Nigeria movie.. laughing and gisting when they heard knock on thier door... 

Mom: who is there? 

Then their last born lola who was sitting close to the door.. went and opened the door.. 

Lola: opened the door..

Good evening.. she said while staring at the person at the door.. 

Samuel: lola ta lò we nìbè? ( who is there?)

Lola: eeh ehh..ehh.. that brother..

I mean that uncle..

Before she could describe Henry.. 

Baby kelvin cried out immediately he heard Samuel's voice... 

Mom: hmm is that not your boss? 

Samuel: quickly walked to the door and met Henry holding kelvin who was crying.. 

Henry: howfer?... 

Samuel: what are you doing here? 

Henry: he won't stop crying.. 

Mom: Samuel tell him to come in na.. 

Samuel: I'm coming mom..

So if he doesn't stop crying you bring him here? Is my work also here? 

Henry: sorry na.. no vex bro.. abeg..

I'm sorry please.. he said with a calm and soft voice.. 

Baby kelvin: crying and looking at Samuel.. waiting for him to carry him..

Henry: carry him please! He said pointing the baby to Samuel.. 

Samuel: looked at the baby in a weird way then looked at the dad 😒😒

Henry: take him please.. this boy didn't stop crying since you left.. abeg save me.. 

Samuel: i should save you? From your own son..

Henry: I dey tell you guy.. abeg no vex..

Then Samuel collected the baby..

Immediately he did.. the baby stopped crying... 

Henry: exhaled loudly in a relieved way..

Oh thank God finally 🙌 

Samuel: what did he eat since morning? 

Henry: nothing oo.. he refused everything I gave him... I was frustrated today ehh..I nearly diee. He said and smiled..

Samuel: what is funny that you're smiling? That he refused eating or what? 

Henry: hmmm sorry! He said and kept quiet.. 

Samuel: okay where are his things? 

Henry; i didn't bring any.. 

Samuel: why?

Henry: let go back together! 

Samuel: ehh? You say? 

Henry: sorry.. no vex guy! I didn't say that.. 

Samuel: better... 

Henry; but... 

Mom: my son! Why are you standing outside won't you come inside? She said to Henry.. 

Henry: good evening ma, I just came to drop kelvin.. I'll be going back now..

Samuel: ok you guys will be going back together right? 

Samuel: no.. nooo noo oo.. he's the only one going.. me and kelvin is staying please 

Mom: why? 

Samuel: mom! Why what? 

He's not staying here o. He's going.. 

Am I right Henry? 🤨🤨

Henry: ye..ye.. yes.. 

Mom: lola.. lola..

Lola: yes ma.. 

Mom: go and bring your brother's bag.. from his room, the one he came back with.. thank God you haven't open the back or removed all the things there... 

Samuel: mom! What are you doing? 

I'm not going back there oo till on Monday morning... he said angrilyy 

Mom: lola be fast.. im waiting for you.. 

Henry: ma.. you don't have to force him please.. this is not part of the agreement.. let him stay please 

I'll just go back now.. 

Mom: lola I'm still waiting for you oo.. she said as she ignored what Henry was saying.. 

Then lola brought the bag.. and gave it to the mom.. 

Mom: mr man take your bag.. we don't need you here.. till next weekend! Thank you.. she said and closed the door..

Samuel: you see what you caused right? Huh? Henry? You see what you have caused right?.. he said angrilyy while looking at Henry.. 

Henry: how did I cause anything now? 

He said with a low voice...so as not to get Samuel more angryy... 

Samuel: its fine I won't say anything he said as he carry his bag.. while holding the baby on the other hand.. 

Henry: let me help you with the bag..

Samuel: No! Don't touch my bag... he said angrilyy while walking towards the car.. 

Henry: opps... sorry no vex.. he said and back off.. 

Then walked behind Samuel.. 

Few seconds later they got to the car.. entered and drove off.. 

Throughout the ride they didn't talk to each other.. 

Some minutes later they got home..

Samuel was just keeping an angryy facial expressions.. 

Henry: this is not the best time to talk to him.. there is nothing I'll say now that he would listen to... 

All of this his attributes only points at one thing... which i will let him know soon.. he said as he ignored Samuel and went to room also.. 

Scene 5... the following morning! 

Henry woke up very early and went to the living room immediately.. he sat down for some minutes listening to news.. 

He kept on turning and looking at the room that Samuel and his son is staying.. 

About an hour later.. Samuel still haven't came out.. 

Then he stood to check on them.. immediately he reached the door and was about knocking.. 

Samuel opened the door.. and they both met..

Henry: oh sorry.. Good morning!

Samuel: morning.. he responded a wrong way and closed the door back..

Henry: opened the door back.. 

Why did you shùt the door at me? He said angrilyy 

Samuel: i didn't shùt the door.. I closed it. Sorry sir..

Henry: I just wanted to check on you both.. i was worried since you guys didn't come out.. 

Samuel: kept quiet..

Henry: did you hear what I said? 

Samuel: hmm! He said and nodded his head..

Henry: see Samuel! What is wrong? Why are you acting this way? 

Are you tired of this job? If you're tired let me know please.. so I can get a replacement... I have been giving a calm signal trying to tell you o don't want to have issues with you.. I made so many things comfortable for you here. I even asked you to talk to me like we're age mate and buddies.. because injust want you to be free with me.. I don't want you to feel less.. I mean we're both guy you know.. let not act like kids please..

Samuel: please take back that privileges.. I don't want them anymore.. I guess that is why I'm acting this way also.. I'm beginning to feel entitled and getting angryy easily when you offend me.. it shouldn't be so please.. 

Please take back your privilege and be strict to me like a boss to worker. I don't need all this petting please.. 

We don't have to be buddies to make my work easy! Allow me to be professional ok... since you me all this opportunity has anything been better? Huh? I'm your worker not your friend!

Henry: is that what you want? Is that what you want actually? For real? 

Samuel: yes please! Scold me when I'm wrong. And don't apologise for it.. 

Henry: smiles... its fine.. I'll do what you want.. but hope you still know you won't be able to back out of it until your contract expires. 

Samuel: yes I know.. 

Henry: guy! guy! guy! Calm down.. calm down ok.. ease your heart and mind..

Please! I'm not a bàd person ok. And I'm not wicked.. I can't do what you're asking me to do.. I can't please 

I wasn't brought up that way.. while I was growing up.. we had maids who worked for us.. my parents never for once treated them badly or harshly and I won't do that.. so please let maintain this way... he said and moved closer to him.. 

Samuel: hmmm... trying to act as a good person? 

Henry: nobody is good bro.. 

Just tell me things I do and you don't like ok.. then we talk about it and settle it out... 

Samuel: hmmm.. its ok.. I have heard you.. 

Henry: can i tell you something? Hope you won't get angryy and take it the wrong..

Henry: you see since the first time i met you and up till now i have taken my time to study you.. and that is why I gave you this opportunity to be free with me..

Henry: can I hug you for a minute.. and if you don't feel anything then I'm lying 

Samuel: 🤣🤣🤣 is that all? 

I'm 100% sure that will get nothing on me.. 

Henry: are you ok with it? 

Samuel: yeah sure.. 

Then Henry moved closer and hugged him calmly... 

Samuel: smiling and keeping an unbothered facial expression... 

Henry kept calm and continue to hug him.. 

Few minutes later he noticed his heart was bèàtìñg quite fast and unusual..

Henry: why am I breathing fast. He said in his mind while still hugging.. 

Samuel: I'm not feeling anything ooo... by now I thought I should be feeling something.. he said to Henry as they were still hugging.. 

Henry: I shouldn't be the one feeling this way... he should be the one.. he said as he quickly moved away from Samuel

Samuel: 🤨🤨 what is wrong.. 

Henry: breathing very fast... 

Samuel: 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Mr Henry why are you breathing fast? Don't tell me you fell under your own web? 

Henry: kept quiet looking at him

Samuel: come let hug again na🤣🤣..he said why moving closer to Henry.. 

Henry: don't come close to me... stay there.. he said while looking down..

Samuel: ignored and was moving closer to him.. 

Boom! Henry ran out of the room..

Samuel: sat on the bed breathing very fast too... Jesussss..Jesussss 

This guy almost caught me.. he said while panting... then quickly grabbed a bottle of water close to him and drank..

What is this feelings? Why did I felt that way... he said while slaming that door..
