Open heart

Once I got home I went to mother and told her about what the party plan the queen. She was glad the queen was getting him back. I hug her then tell her about what happened in the town, "I'm glad you had fun dear" I smiled and we kept talking till I went to my favorite spot on the whole island. No one but me knew where this was and I was able to sing in peace here. No one but the open sea to hear me.

I got home and shook my head walking to the beach. 'This is stupid she probably isn't even real' I find a rock and sit down clearing my thoughts when i hear it. It sounded like the song of a siren. I felt my head hurting so I went home to try and nap it off but even in my dreams that sing was there. It was like i was forgetting something. I went closer to the song and I saw her. It took me a bit but I accepted it that she was real. The memories came running back and I knew what I had to do.

After I took umiko to the beach and she went home I went home myself where I found my brother waiting for me. He walked over and dragged me to the Library. I looked at him, It seemed like something was troubling him "So why did you drag me here?" He sighed and sat down to which I follow. He looked at me "I...I am having difficulty" I was confused "With what?" He then started "With what I should do! I started acting like this to please father since he never payed attention to me at first I didn't mind but now I don't know anymore. Yeah sure it's nice being noticed by him but they girl he has me with is horrible! I started doing everything his way and I genuinely forgot umiko! the girl who was my first friend, That is horrible! I just don't know what to do anymore. I feel so broken, So what I am saying is can you please help me brother? I don't want to be like this anymore." I watched as my baby brother was almost at the verge of tears because of how broken he felt. I hugged him "It will be okay brother. I'll help you okay?" He hugged me tightly crying "thank you so much!" I smiled "Your welcome but let's go to mother so you can tell her this to" He nodded and wiped his tears as we were walking to mother. I knocked on her door "Come in!" I walked in Malik following me. Mom looked over and noticed where he had been crying and rushed over "What happened?! Are you okay!? Who do I need to kill!?" He hugged her and I sighed "We should sit down so he can explain." Once we were all sitting down Malik sighed and stared "I've been acting like a total jerk because I just wanted father to notice and love me, Hell I even started dating a random girl because of him. He told me it was okay to act like I was better then everyone I knew it was wrong but I eventually became numb to it but now i just don't know how to feel what to do or how to act!". Mother just hugged him and told him everything would be okay, but i saw the anger in her eyes. I smiled glad he was getting better, I just hope everything goes well when the night of the ball comes. I thought and realized that it would be in a few days. "Hay mom that party for you announcement should be soon" She smiled "Indeed it is. The maids already know" Malik was confused "Announcement?" Mother looked at him "If I tell you what it is you have to promise not to tell your father" He nodded "I promise mom" She sighed and began explaining everything to him. She did leave a thing out then again she didn't sugar code it either. Malik was shocked "He really did that to you?" She nodded and he shook his head "I'm in, also can you also help me with a apology for Umiko?" We both agreed to help him, We gave him a piece of paper and told him where to begin with the apology. He wrote it and thanked us before leaving.
