Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9176 also known as Felix does not have a Cointainment Procedure because before he was given one he said he doesn't like it in the Foundation and teleported away using a Portal that manifested in the middle of the room.

Description: SCP-9176 is a Male, British presumably, Humanoid in appearance with apparent Omnipotence Power. SCP-9176 was discovered in August 2 2006 6:20 in the middle of an SCP-008 Accidental Outbreak in USA Texas in which SCP-9176 saved most of the SCP-Personnel and Cured Doctor Amelia Buck's Zombiefication with a Blue colored Pill in which we dubbed SCP-9176-1. SCP-9176 was asked for an interview in which he accepted in exchange he asked not to be cuffed, When asked he answered back with a simple 'Its uncomfy'.
