TROUBLE-SOME.

Ezra park is the ace in his agency. Ezra had just started training a few months ago and has been doing missions that are way advanced for his level. It's true that he is new, but he is considered a pro among his colleagues. "What do you think his next mission will be?" Asked one of his coworkers. "Who knows... maybe he'll die by then. Hopefully." Another coworker responded. "Hey, don't be so harsh. What if someone hears you?" The coworker said. "But I'm being honest... he's taking away almost every mission." the coworker said while scratching his head. "True... hey! Did you hear where his next mission is?!" The coworker said.  "No, but I'm sure he'll try to decline it like he always does." The coworker said. "Maybe... Anyway, his next mission is in france, and he's gonna be working with -" Before he could finish, Ezra came out of nowhere and cutted him off. "Working with? What kind of nonsense are you saying. Don't you two have anything better to do than to gossip about others?" Ezra asked as he was still curious as to why they think he'll be having a partner. "We apologize." The coworkers said as they bowed. "Now, be on your way." Ezra said as he walked away, still very curious about this whole partner thing. He then knocked on Mr. Smiths door. "Come in." Mr. Smith said. Ezra opened the door and entered the office. "Oh, Ezra. What are you doing here? Weren't you on a break?" Mr. Smith asked. "I was, but it ended yesterday." Ezra said. *"I'm guessing being so freaking old is affecting his memories"* Ezra thought to himself. "I must have forgotten" Mr. Smith chuckles. "What's this rumor about me having a teammate?" Ezra got straight to the point. "You hear? By who?" Mr. Smith asked while looking a bit shocked. "Does it matter? Just answer my question." Ezra said as he crossed his arms across his chest. "Well, I guess I have no choice but to tell you. You're next mission is in france and I assigned you a partner to help you out. I know I should of asked for your permission but you kept on saying no whenever someone offers to help you." Mr. Smith said sounding nervous. "Cancel it." Ezra said. "But, I can't. He'll be here tomorrow..." Mr. Smith said while looking down. *"not only does he have bad memories but he has completely lost his fucking mind"* Ezra thought to himself. "I can't believe you'd do something like this. I told you I work better alone!" Ezra said as he was frustrated. "I'm sorry, Ezra, but you don't understand. This mission is dangerous and I can't let you go alone, so please calm down." Mr. Smith said as he was trying to get Ezra as calm as possible. "Fine, but he'll probably just get in the way." Ezra said. *"so trouble-some... I'm tired already. Maybe I should go home to rest cause I'm pretty sure that partner of mine is gonna be hand full."* Ezra thought to himself.  "Like I said, I'm truly sorry but this is for your own good." Mr. Smith said. "I get it. Gosh... you sound like a mom nagging her kid." Ezra said rolling his eyes. "Well, to me you are family so I have to worry about your safety." Mr. Smith said. *"yuck... why is he acting so freaking cringy?!"* Ezra thought to himself with a cringed look on him face. "Bro, never do that again. NEVER." Ezra said. "You're overreacting. It's not weird to tell someone you love them." *"it's not but from you it seems gay!"* Ezra thought to himself. "Yeah, enough chit-chat. Gonna catch some Z's, cya" Ezra said as he slowly walked out of the office. "Do people still use that phrase?" Mr. Smith said as he let out a laugh. "Shut the heck up. At least I still have my brain cells" Ezra said as he slammed the door on his way out.

A day had passed and Ezra heard a knock on his door. "Who could that be so early in the morning?" Ezra said as he walked over to open the door. He opened the door only to see a random man smiling at him. *"weird..."* he thought to himself.  "Who are you supposed to be?" Ezra asked. "I'm Adeliate." A slightly husky voice replied. "Doesn't ring a bell." Ezra said. "I'm your partner." Adeliate said. "Oh, you. what are you doing here?" Ezra asked. "To pick you up." Adeliate with bright smile. "For what? Our flight isn't until eight O'clock and it's five O'clock." Ezra said. "I rescheduled our flight..." Adeliate said. "May I asked why?" Ezra said as he sounded a bit pissed. "It's a really long flight and when we arrive it will already be midnight, and Sir Smith said to let you get a lot of rest." Adeliate said. "Whatever. But I don't need anyone to take care of me. I'm not a child." Ezra said. "True, but that's all i can do for my future boyfriend for now" Adeliate said. "Your what?" Ezra asked because he didn't hear the last part of Adeliate's statement. "Nothing. So are you not gonna let me come in? It's cold outside." Adeliate said as dodges the question. "Please sit here while I get my luggage." Ezra said as he pointed towards the sofa. "Is that what you're gonna wear?" Adeliate asked. "What?" Ezra said being totally confused. "No disrespect. I love your fashion, but I don't think kitten pajamas are trendy right now." Adeliate said as he giggled. Ezra then turned red as he realized he was still wearing his pajamas. He dashed to the bathroom as quick as possible. After ten minutes he came out of the bathroom wearing a white turtle neck shirt, normal pants and sneakers. "Oh, wow. Are you entering a fashion show?" Adeliate teased Ezra. "You're quite a chatterbox aren't you" Ezra said Sligh pissed off. "Are you ready? Shall we go?" Adeliate asked. Adeliate helped Ezra with his luggage and the drove to airport.
