STARTING SOMETHING NEW

After Mathilda had left David had decided to go home since there was nothing else to do he wasn't really sure about how he was going to start teaching her cause he have never done it before but since he can cook he believed that he was going to teach her as much as he have learned but his problem was that he still had a restaurant to manage and he haven't even started anything yet.

"How I'm I going to start hiring worker? he said to himself, how am I going to weight the two of them together...he actually didn't want to think of it because he know that he wasn't willing to give either of them up at least not now "I'd just let things flow" he said noding to himself.

when he got home he saw both of his parent in the living room they had their hands locked while they faced the television watching a novela...his father had always hated watching telenovela because he believe that since he know they are just acting, what's the need of watching it..."I know it's all fake" he had said once when his wife was trying to make him watch the series with her. "yeah we all know that...that's the fun in it plus you don't have to think that way it would never be fun for you to watch and this novellas, even though acted are still experience people go through...his wife had counter attacked...it was the last line that made him admit that she had a point..."okay...he said looking a little sad, in a cute way...I'd watch it with you but don't expect me to talk about it cause it would be so cringy he had said..."okay no problem I won't force you to talk about it she said with her hand up while smirking.

David had actually met his parent countless times watching it but most time his father was fast asleep before it finished...but as of recent he haven't be falling asleep he have even been the one to be bringing up the matter of the telenovela so that they can talk about it...coming from someone that said it's cringy...i know right? but he had loved the connection they built with it

"I'm home already...he had alerted them about his arrival...I just got a student who I'd be teaching he had said looking at his parent to pick up their reaction...he had seen his mom smile "that's nice darling...but isn't it so soon you haven't really started yet"his mother had stated but his dad saw had no smile on him

"you haven't started and you are already taking in a student...how's that gonna work.his dad asked a little confused

"don't worry dad it's gonna work out...just leave this for me...if it wasn't going to work believe me I wouldn't have accepted a student he said reasurly

"okay if you say so...make sure it doesn't stop you from getting your work done his father had said a little angry

he had also wondered how his mother could stand his father he was so picky and easily irritated, maybe because he was different when it comes to her he thought...then he proceeded to go to his room

THE NEXT DAY

David had just entered his restaurant...he wanted to get things ready for his student..."Mathilda"..."what a pretty name..he said to himself...he had actually placed a lot of things for her to start with but he is going to start with her cutting skill...yeah she ready told him that she was good at it but she had also said she lost interest in cooking for a long time so he was going to test her skills today cause he planned on having a food tasting...where he would serve people his food for them to know what it taste like and leave a review on his page ...so that he would have a good customer base when he starts his business fully... he was even going to tell them when his business officially opens so he'd have a huge crowd on his opening...a good plan right?...I know...so he'd be needing her cutlery skills to keep things going for him...now that he thought about it having her here was a good idea.

Mathilda had woken up very happy, this was going to be her first cooking lesson after a very long time...she quickly got up and rushed to the bathroom to take her shower...after that she dresses up she putted on a pair of skinny jeans and a fitted top she really wanted to look simple and comfortable, for her legs she had flat shoes on, then she headed down, she had actually headed to her moms room to tell her that she was going already but she wasn't there so she had decided to head down in the hopes of seeing her there...she did...she had already prepared breakfast..."awwwn...mom!...thanks for this "

"your welcome darling, figured you need this at least for energy and good luck, she had prepared an omelette...she was very happy that her daughter was finally doing something that she loved plus she was worried about how she would get used to the new environment and now she had gotten something she can do and loved immediately they moved in...it was more like a miracle.

"Mom I'd be heading out now...that was very delicious...she gave her mom a kiss and headed out.

when she got to the restaurant she saw a lot of cooking ingredients on the counter...while entering inside she had seen a sign out side the restaurant.

FOOD TASTING:food would be ready in an hour...A FREE TASTING

She saw him at the counter,then he noticed her with a smile on his face he said "we have a lot to do, go get yourself an apron, you have a lot of cutting to do...I believe you read the notice while coming in he asked while seasoning the meats

"yes I did"she said, then went to get her apron "what should I start with?

"the onions...then the vegetables after that you cut the stem from the spinach he saw her nod then he proceeded to what he was doing

he had been looking at her once in a while now and noticed that it was only one cutting skill she knew...the julienne cut she used it for every Damm thing she cutted...he was surly going to teach her other cutting skills there was a lot she needed to learn.then he saw another person come in and take a sit...he could see some of his friend there they were just smiling at him and he saw some of them looking at Mathilda...he was going to set things straight with them...he thought to himself.
