The Old Physician Agreed

The old physician halted amidst his anxious steps when he heard Xi Ying's words. The first thought that had come to his mind after what Xi Ying had said was that he would leave this Manor. He would go somewhere far away. 

He had not suffered for all these years silently in a small hut in vain. He suffered because he wanted to be alive. His master had sacrificed his life and saved him without revealing his name anywhere even under the sword. How could he die just like this! 

He needed to live a long life. 

However, after Xi Ying mentioned Rui, he suddenly couldn't say anything. 

The old physician sat down on the chair again a few moments later.

That girl, that small brat and unconsciously the child inside that girl's belly, he had formed an unconditional bond with them. Sometimes, he would think that it would have been great if he had married and had such a daughter. However, Rui seems to have filled that void in his life.
