Chapter 22
Days rolled into weeks.
Williams sat in his car and wondered if he was doing the right thing. It's been a month since he broke up with Anastasia and got married to Kathryn, and it's been three weeks since Anastasia lost her memory.
For a while now, he found himself following her around whenever she wasn't with Jamie. The strong will to have her back in his arms controlled him, and he couldn't fight it.
On the other hand, he felt this was the best moment to strike. He imagined drawing her closer to himself would magically solve everything.
He has stalked her for two weeks now and he now has her schedule written down. Throughout the weekdays, she worked with Jamie. For days she doesn't have work to do, like on the weekends, she would come to this old love tower, sit on one of the benches, and draw.
