　　I'm sure Tobys shift will be coming to an end soon, I need to make him an offer he can't refuse and fast so he has time to think on it.

　　I decide to throw it out there.

　　"Toby, don't answer now, think it over until your next shift but, what if I can offer you the amount Argon is paying and a stable place in my pack as a warrior, you and your family." I offer hoping he will see he is on the loosing side. I hope I can sell this to him, or he at least takes the time to think about it.
