Chapter 3: 7-Day Survival: Part 3
Day 3: Begin
Hexyl: *crunch crunch crunch* mmm....it's funny, (eats more) we haven't seen anyone else yet, maybe we should look for them. (stops eating, leaves a note and goes out)
Hexyl got his stuff and went out to see if he could find the other kids who were in this survival challenge, but first he needed to get a special stone and stick that could work as a compass for him. He went to the Forest of Death to get the stone, but in order to get the stone he needed to kill a monster of stone known as a SOUL EATER, one of the deadliest monster known to Angel kind.
Hexyl: This spear will be useless against it, I need a stronger weapon first....that could work (rips the spear to pieces, then gets a big piece of stone) let's do this.
He snapped the spear's stick in half and used the piece of stone to smoothen both end of the stick, then he used the spear stone piece to sharpen the stone piece and carved one side of it into a sharp edge and the other side he left alone. He made some tiny holes at the normal end of the stone and also made a ditch in the stick, perfect for the stone to fit. so he put the stone in the ditch of the stick then used some iron rope and out it threw the holed of the stone and around the stick. He then tested it out and the weapon held against a tree, he has finally made a better weapon an AXE.
Hexyl: This should do, I'm ready to kill that thing.
With the others at home...
Crystal: Hexyl? (sees note and reads it)
NOTE:
Hey Crystal/Harvenger I went out to see if I can find the other kids who joined, so don't worry I'll be back by night time, I just need you guys to hunt some food and gather materials. I'll see you tonight.
Crystal: (holds note against her) Be safe Hexyl...
Later Harvenger found out, he went hunting and she gathered the materials. Now then, back to Hexyl..."!!!BAM!!!"
Hexyl: Light feet Hexyl, light feet (gets up and charges at the monster) I gotcha now (dodges the soul eater's attack and strikes his core part) That should leave his soul vulnerable... (strikes the soul with full might and destroys it) There, I did it...now, for that special stone.
Hexyl went to the Ancient Stone and chopped a piece off, he put the piece in his pocket, but when he turned around monsters of fire and earth appeared and surrounded him, he was in big trouble.
Hexyl: Shit shit shit....(takes axe out) I will make it threw this (kills one but then gets knocked to the ground)shit....no, it can't end like this...
He gets stabbed threw his heart...
Hexyl: (coughs bloods) n-n-no.....not like this....(eyes closes slowly and dies slowly)
Hexyl was about to die, but then the Soul Eater's heart glow in blue and white and went into Hexyl hand. The heart broke and disappeared, but what's this....Hexyl's fingers started twitching and then....
Hexyl: NOT....LIKE....(gets up and rises in rage that exist out of bifrost) NOT LIKE THIS!!!
Hexyl's axe turned completely to Bifrost and he started hacking and slashing all the monsters killing them one by one in RAGE. When all the monsters were killed he turned back to normal but then looked at his axe.
Hexyl: Bifrost? It saved me, mmmm....this makes me more powerful and my axe and that...that RAGE I felt, it was amazing! All that power! (puts axe away and now searches for the special stick). Wonder what awaits me now...(keeps walking and searching)
Next he had to go to the Swallow Falls, where the Stick of Directions layed. He needed to make the compass to find the others and not to get lost and his way there he made some ink and had a paper, where he drew a map as he walked and explored some of the region. The enemies in his wag was no challenge thanks to his birfrost power he can control, now all he needs to do, is to get that stick.
Hexyl: (stands in front of Swallow Falls) I need to solve the puzzle in order to get threw these water falls....mmm(sees a tall stone then climbs it and stands on it) maybe, HAH! I figured it out
Using the Bifrost as special vision he calculated where the tight switch was and activated it, then the water falls opened and he went inside. On his way inside the falls he gathered some materials, strong material and finally, he found the stick. But wait...something doesn't seem right....
Hexyl: There's a warning...
WARNING!!!
"He who takes the stick, must be able to balance between life or death"
Hexyl: Mmmm, what could it mean?
He started searching the cave for clues but couldn't find anything, but then the idea came to his head.
Hexyl: Balance, that's it. I have to find something that weighs just as much as the stick....this should do then (takes out small piece of iron and replaces the stick with iron piece) Phew....that could've been worse.
But then suddenly a mysterious door opened and Hexyl's curiosity got the best of him...he went in and found a weapon handle and a true weapon material. He knew he could make his axe stronger and better than before. When he came out of the cave it was already almost night time, so he made the Compass of Directions and marked where he was , where he is, and where he will be. He searched and searched and searched but couldn't find anything, but then a loud noise came from close to him.
Voice: HELP ANYONE PLEASE!!!
Hexyl: HOLD ON I'M COMING!!! (runs to the voice's location) I'm .....here?
The voice was a very big guy being attacked by small creatures, Hexyl couldn't help but chuckle and laugh.
Voice: It's not funny, please help me!
Hexyl: (stops and breaths) OK OK I'll stop.... (kills the monsters) You OK?
Voice: Yeah, thanks
Hexyl: Say, what's your name and where's your group?
Elephantor: I'm Elephantor and my group got murdered by monsters...(cries a bit)
Hexyl: Wait....murdered... this is getting really odd, first a soul eater then murder...what the hell is going on? Come stay with us, we'll take care of you.
Elephantor: Thanks, I'm so great full..
The two of them walked home and talked along the way to get to know each other better, but when they got home it was suddenly quiet....
Hexyl: Something's wrong, hide under the stairs...
Elephantor hid under the stairs and Hexyl entered the house, then he saw it....a Valkyrie gone rogue.
Hexyl: This isn't good at all, I have to save them before it kills them..(Hexyl strike the Valkyrie with a powerful Bifrost attack but it didn't do much) Shit...shit shit shit!!!
The next second Hexyl came out flying out of the house and hits the ground very hard, but he didn't give up Hexyl kept fighting but couldn't keep up with the Valkyrie....then Elephantor peeked...
Elephantor: That's the thing that killed my friend...(tears up and gets flashbacks) That's....the...things...that...kill...my...friend (makes fist and gets up) I'M GONNA KILL YOU!!!
Before the Valkyrie could finish Hexyl off, Elephantor came running and smashed the Valkyrie to the ground and sent it flying threw the ground and trees, Hexyl was shocked looking at how strong Elephantor is, Elephantor kept charging and bashing the Valkyrie but it wasn't enough, Harvanger recovered from injuries and started slicing the Valkyrie and hitting it with corrupted lighting then Hexyl got up...
Hexyl: OUT OF MY WAY!!!
The other two got out of his way and tackled the Valkyrie to the ground and punched it a few times, then pegged the axe into her body and dragged her closer then for the finisher her chopped her head off. All three of them fell to the ground out of breath.
Hexyl: Thanks El, you saved my ass back there , sorry for your losses
Elephantor: It's fine, and thank you for killing it once and for all.
Hexyl got up and went to check on Crystal and found her bleeding, then he quickly cleaned her up and put her in the bed and bandaged her up and fixed all her wounds.
Hexyl: This was by far the worst day ever....(bandages himself and the others)
El and Harvenger: Agreed....
Hexyl: (thinking: a rogue Valkyrie, what the hell is going in the High Heavens?! I need to find out what's the meaning of this survival thing) We should get some rest, tomorrow we take all we can carry and we're moving to a safer location.
Everyone agreed to move to save safer location with safer hunting grounds, they all had some supper and took showers then went to bed. Hexyl is stuck with the same question in his mind over and over again "Why are we doing this? , What's the purpose?, How are we so strong compared to real Angels?" He finally fell asleep hut he might get some bad dreams tonight...
