Jaxon watched some people panic, while others nervously laughing at the situation. He sighed and pulled his hood, before heading out of the classroom to go find Cat.

He walked along the school yard, tracking foot steps which had been left. It was obvious Cat ran hard to get out of there as quick as possible.

He followed the footsteps for a while, until he tripped over what he thought was a root. He looked around but there was nothing there, until he realized way too late that a large rock was falling towards him.

Jaxon woke up tied up with cheaply made chains against a tree, surrounded by what he assumed was a magical barrier. He shook his head to try and get himself out of whatever daze he was in, but instead just made himself more dizzy.

Footsteps were heard coming up behind him, they weren't some obnoxious foot steps, like some insane person charging over in excitement to do whatever they planned to do. Instead the footsteps were slow and calculated, gracefully and softly making their way over, most likely to stop him from panicking.

His captor stopped behind the tree, and let out a slightly cheerful laugh as they circled the tree. But they stopped after a while and let out an annoyed sigh.

"Ugh why couldn't you be a total stranger!?" Jaxon realized it was Spencer, the boy with the lavender hair that had helped him come up with an escape plan.

"Can I know why I'm tied up..?"

"I have a few traps set around the forest," Spencer admitted right away, "they're set with a magical barrier that chains you up after being knocked out."

"Can I ask why you have a bunch of traps set around the forest..?" Jaxon narrowed his eyes at Spencer, and then noticed a tool box sitting at his feet.

"I should probably let you go shouldn't I?" Spencer sighed and stepped towards Jaxon.

"You're avoiding the question short stuff." Jaxon muttered, not even realizing what he had called Spencer.

"I am not--" Spencer stopped. "What the fuck did you call me you poor excuse for a fire user??"

"Nothing.." Jaxon looked away. "Just untie me." He wasn't going to annoy the guy who had him tied to a tree right now, though he was still curious to know what Spencer needed the traps for.

"Aren't you supposed to be in class right now..?" Spencer muttered as he untied Jaxon. "I mean seriously, what are you doing this deep in the woods?"

"I could ask you the same thing."

"Touché."

Spencer held out his hand for Jaxon to take and helped him up. He narrowed his eyes at the silver haired boy and shoved his hands in his pockets.

"So have you gotten any better in battle."

"Nope, not yet, sorry." Jaxon sighed.

"Hmph, how pathetic."

Those words seemed to sting Jaxon a lot, every time Spencer spoke like that, but he just sighed and stretched his arms out, hoping he wasn't in too much pain from being hit with that rock.

Spencer picked up his toolbox and began heading deeper into the woods, humming along cheerfully, hoping Jaxon wouldn't follow him.

Elijah sat eating food that had been brought in for himself. He ate as if it was the last food he would ever get, he didn't want to waste a bit of it, when he was starving from going days without eating.

He noticed Jaguar still standing over him, glaring down at him with a smirk.

"You were really so hungry you didn't check your food for poison?"

"I did check, magically, you can't prank me dumbass."

"Oh.."

Elijah finished his food and already felt like he was getting better, not that he was anytime soon. He sighed and pushed the tray away, leaning against the cold, stone wall.

Malachite came stalking in, holding his staff and glaring down at Elijah, hatred burning in his eyes.

He slammed the staff down into his face, Elijah barely reacted anymore though. He just let it happen, because if he didn't he'd be hurt worse.

He lay covering his face as Malachite walked towards the door. Not bothering to get up again, he just stared at the ground.

"It's a shame you're this stubborn Blue." The old man sighed. "I could've made the perfect soldier out of you.." He glared down at him. "But instead you cower away from me now, like some stupid dog."

Malachite picked up something that looked like a rock from a box bear the door and threw the object at Elijah.

The stone hit him in the side, and he coughed up blood after it hit him. He could feel tears stream down his face as more rocks were thrown.

"Take him to the panic room."

Jaguar and Silence came forward, taking the chains off of Elijah and dragging him to a soundproof room. The room had no lights, no windows, no sound whatsoever.

He had never been brought to the panic room before. He heard others get sent there, but he was always the favorite when they were all younger.

But now he was seen as the traitor, who ran away. He would sit in this room and think of the mistakes he made to get him here. He would lose his sense of day in night in this room, and he would fear for what could be lurking.

Elijah sat alone in the cold dark room, sobbing to himself. Wishing he had never gone near the ravine, hoping that someone noticed he was gone and came looking for him. Hoping Cat could find help.

Cat sat in his room, waiting for everyone to get home, he had spent his after noon mapping out the woods so he could check every spot possible for Blue. He needed to find him and quick, he knew the last spot Blue would've been lead to, to find him would be the ravine.

He had checked everywhere but that spot. Mostly because he was scared, but also because he wanted to check less obvious places first.
