Meteorite traces

Chapter 2

After Madan Fatima left the bakery I couldn't concentrate in the work well so i made a lot of mistakes.

I have never worked so hard before basically twice my normal speed, so making mistakes and doing everything twice correcting before the clients got the chance to complain made me produce basically the same results as ever.

After telling master Hugo Capriary (the owner of the best bakery in the city) that i had important business tomorrow and will leave with Madan Fatima after the morning preparation i ran to my room, yes I'm living in a free room in the bakery according to master i will have to leave when he gets a child, but that is reeeaaalyyy far he is not even married and because he is a 2 meters tall buffed dude most woman are afraid of him, well his scar in the left eye and awesome dragon tattoo should make him popular with some kind of woman but those types don't frequent a fancy bakery in the outskirts of the city.

But credit where it is due his baguette is the best in the city, and now with my help he started to sell sliced white bread for sandwiches, how the hell did he managed this business on his own before he hired me?

- Master tomorrow i need to leave early together with Madan Fatima.

Well as expected that night i couldn't sleep, so i decide to go for a walk leaving the city. the surroundings of a big city are really safe as long as you don't go far.

Walking without any specific objective a saw a mountain, it is far but i know from the regulars that in that direction there is a giant crater from a meteor that fell in the past, apparently some powerful cultivator came and took this meteorite and made an awesome sword a few years ago now it is just a hole near the city.

looking the starry sky while walking i started to have some weird ideas like when i will make my own sword from meteorite, no i could find a bit of meteorite now. well this is just a dream in sure those guys from the city ore the sects near already inspected everything around here long time ago.

Arriving in the crater i looked around just to be sure, you never know a part of the meteorite might have separated and fell a bit far, i decided to walk in the direction of the mountain from the crater

and strangely there is a part of the vegetation that seams smaller

yes the surrounding threes are larger because those in that exact place were destroyed from a meter maybe? and the smaller plants a new ones that grew after i will go check.

and as expected a found a place that might have had a meteorite in the past and of course there was nothing there, hahaha fate is not on my side.

in this forest so close to the city sooner or later people would have found it after all, right?

but this small hill there is a cave, lets go there nothing to lose after all the vegetation is kind of hiding the entrance.

after entering i became aware of this feeling of a mystic place, but there is no meteor just a strange herb, shining in the darkness yes there is a puddle of water and in the center a small little island about 1 meter radius with one mystic herb shining in the color of the moon.

i'm sure this is special but what do i do? should i take it or leave it here to grow and take it later? does it belong to someone or is simply growing in the wild?

I don't know what i does, nor how to use it, wait what if it is poisonous.

guess i will have to properly study herbalism for cultivators, i fell like this is important, this is fate this will help me in the future.
