Her mercy to His penitence

"Don’t do it love! Please. Am sorry I hurt you. How can I live without you? Forgive me. " The girl stood at the cross road. Tears streamed down her pale cheek as she debated between listening to his pleas or to her heart. She was tired and could no longer take any of it. He took everything from her yet she stayed until she felt that her soul was no longer alive. Each pain he caused chipped a little at her soul until there was nothing left to give. Levi's Past

A little boy sat in the middle of the road, holding on to the bleeding woman lying in the cold.

The rain was pelting down on them heavily as though heaven was ready to mourn her death in a short while.

The woman looked at her child, with remorse in her eyes. Unlike the hazel orbs she possessed, the boy had a lighter shade of green. It almost looked like a snake's gaze.

She understood. Her death was not for naught. If she had found them earlier, maybe things would have ended differently.

She didn't know! It was only a few days ago that she found out why she had a connection to Jared. He was her biological brother.

She had only found out some years after his death. Such was the cruelty that life had dealt her with.

Living a carefree life and enjoying the privilege of a normal family. She never thought much of it. Not until she tried to be good at her job.
