I WANT HER OUT OF THE PICTURE.

Shade.

When I was taken back to the ward , the ward was already well decorated and beautiful, different colors of flowers a wrapped gift in the bed. Tears streamed down my face because I was to happy, my baby was placed in a cradle , my husband called my families , his brothers and his parents announcing to them that we have a baby girl.

KUNLE'S MOM.

I was having a chit chat with my son on the upcoming election when the news of Shade putting to bed.

I can't believe this girl finally had a baby for my son, How I wish I could take away that baby from that girl and throw her out of my son's life, I don't know why she is so difficult to push out if my son's life.

My son is just so protective of her at least the election is here once the election is over she will be thrown out of Kunle's house by force because I will make sure Juliana takes back her place.

JULIANA.

No way! I yelled angrily when my PA came to tell me that is what she heard.

" I am not going to let that baby live on the earth because I am not ready to leave a chance for that wretched girl to come close to my man because I know once the election is win he has no choice than to stick to me.

No I have to get rid of that girl no matter what.

" Lucy! I called and she rushes to me.

" call me Morris" I said. 

Morris is my personal guard, he is the one I give whatever dirty job that I want to do because he is my most trusted bodyguard.

"Ma'am, you sent for me" he says while I pour some wine for myself.

"Shade Kunle's future ex wife just put to bed, I need you to find a way to help me get rid of both mother and child" I said.

" Yes ma but we do not know what hospital ma" he says.

" Don't worry, I will get you the name of the hospital " I said.

" Yes ma"he replies.

" I will send it to you as a message" I said and he takes his leave.

"I thought I could calm down till election but I can't wait any longer, she's done the part we wanted now is the time that she needs to take her leave but I know she is so stubborn and Kunle loves her so much but I won't let her remain in his life till election, no way that's no going to be possible. I said.

SHADE.

I open the parcel and it was a key and the kind of car and it was a GL, I looked into his eyes.

" That's a push gift from me to you to say a great thank you, you are the best mom I and our baby could ask for" he says.

He held my hand , tears escaped my eyes because I never thought I did have such life ever, I kissed him and my phone rang, it was my mom .

" Mom is here" I said.

"Okay" he said and kiss me.

"I will go and bring her upstairs, soon my baby began to cry, I pick her up and began to breast feed her.

My husband came in with my mom and sister.

My mom embrace me , she prayed for me and my baby , she cradled her in her arm.

" She looks like you " he said.

" I told her too" he says.

The following day we were discharged.

JULIANA.

I sent my personal bodyguard message of the information I got about the hospital that he should find a way to get rid of mother and Baby nobody would even think I do it they will think it's from the opposition party" she says.

RACHEAL's MOM.

I purposely go and give my sister the invitation card of my daughter’s wedding, I want her to know we are now in the same level  , I can't wait to show off that day, I made sure I picked a classy type of color for the traditional attire for I and my friends, I made sure it's an expensive dress , I already told my daughter that she must make sure her decor beats the decor of Shade's wedding, she should make sure she wear a very expensive wedding dress and everything she would wear should be so classic, I want when my daughter’s wedding is compared, I want people to say my daughter's wedding is bigger that Shade’s wedding.

RACHEAL.

My wedding is just two weeks away, I had a plan to go and shop today for my wedding dress but I couldn't because he had beaten me so bad and my body hurts so bad.

I had to stay back at home till , my face gets better.

His abused has increased,he beats me anytime , he feels he owns the right to me because he does most of the things for me.

My body hurts bad, hope I won't be beaten on my wedding day.

He beat me because I felt disrespected by him, I am tired of taking all his rubbish,he came in with a girl , he told me to serve the girl, he told me to sit because they may need somethings after their sex, I did but I couldn't take it anymore , how could he bring in another woman and expect me to sit and be their messenger? I stood up and storm out of the bedroom to weep, he came to me and ask what that act was all about, I told him that , I feel disrespected that was why he beat me.

He hit me so hard, he hit my back on the floor, I still feel the ache right now, he didn't even try to see if I was hurt after he was done with the girl, he kicked me again.

He left me there, I only manage to stand up to sit right now.

SHADE

My husband and his bodyguards guard us into the car, then he entered into, he also came beside me , he couldn't take his eyes off our baby.

As we got to the highway, I started hearing gunshots, I was scared , I could hear shattered mirror , it was the mirror of the car but my husband bodyguards were fast to attack back and they retreated from us.

The car took off, I was shaking and my husband helped me place my head in his chest.

" It's fine" he said.

The car took us home , I and my husband got down from the car and my mom and sister also got down from the car, they are here to help me out even though there is a maid and Nanny would resume today.

The maids came to us and help us with some of the lugages.

We walked into the house, I took my baby to his nursery, we both stood staring at the baby.

" What are we going to name her" I asked him.

" Your choice of name is fine" he said.

" Ok, I like Daniela, I think I found it beautiful" I said.

" It's a beautiful name" He said.

He wraps his hand around my waist and kiss me.

He carries me a bridal style into the room.

"You need to take some rest" he says.

" And your mom and sister is here to help you with some things" he said and kiss me.

KUNLE.

I kissed her and walk out of the room, I called Bassey to my office .

" Sir you sent for me?he asks.

" Yes , help me scroll out the private investigators number , I need to investigate that incident that happen on our way back home from the hospital " I said.

" Yes sir"Bassey replies and help me dial out the number,it began to ring and he gives me the phone.

The investigator picks the call and I told him that we should meet in my house that I have a job for him and he says he would be here tomorrow.

JESSICA.

I was bored, I was tired of just sitting around, I decide to just feel the sun by stepping outside with my walking stick, The security tries to stop me but I just told him it's fine , I can find my way.

I  was enjoying the sun and the sound of the car I was hearing I could hear the sounds of kids too.

I was standing when I felt someone push me away.

We both fell down.

" Who is that?! I asked out of fear.

" Who is……" he cuts in and I heard of something hit the wall.

"I am sorry I saved you from that car that hit the wall over there , I think it has a break failure" he says.

My heart began to race faster, if he had not come in time maybe I would be dead by now.

" Thank you" I said calmly.

" You are welcome" He replied.

" I am Nick" he says.

" Nice meeting you" I replied.

"I am Jessica" I replied.

NICK.

She was standing in the walk way and I was jogging but I could see the car driving towards her, I quickly push her away from the walk way and we both fell to the ground.

"Who are you" She asked, I told her my name and explain what happened to her , it was later I took my time to study her and realize she was blind, I felt sorry for her. 

I helped her up.

" Do you stay  around here? I asked.

" Yes, I stay here " she says pointing to the gate and smiling.

"Oh I see" I said.

” Thank you sir once again, thank you for saving my life” she says and walk back into the house 

I can't believe she was blind.

She's a beautiful girl, she has a beautiful dark skin, the way she speaks makes you want have more conversation with her again.

I jog back home but couldn't take her off my mind, I don't know why but I feel like I need to get closer to her.

SIMI.

I went to congratulate my brother on the new birth of their baby.

What a beautiful family they've got, I wish for a family like this soon but I do  not just feel it with Jessica, I don't know why but I feel like we are not just compatible.

My brother's wife is a very nice woman, I don't remember if I know if so much about her but their love story is a popular thing I heard a lot.

I was staring at the baby in her cradle when she came to me, we both stood staring at her.

" I know you do not remember anything and I know that is why you are engaged to Jessica" she says.

" What do you mean? I asked calmly because I want to know what's really going  on.

" There is this girl Peju that you use to love, she was once your mom's PA , both of you were deeply in love, you even engaged her on our wedding, I wonder why most people kept mute and didn't tell you about her that you were engaged to Peju, you loved her so much that you always show her off.

I felt like I have heard that name million times but I just can't place my finger on it where I heard that name.

" Do you have her number or know where she stays? I asked.

" No, I do not know where she stays or have her number" She replied.

" Can you describe her face or how she looks like , I might see her and would like to know understand somethings about myself" I said

"Yeah, I think she should be in our wedding album or wedding video" She said.

She quickly go into their bedroom to bring the wedding album, She checked for her pictures , She saw her pictures in their wedding album

, she touched her pictures but her face weren't showing very well like it should.

" Is it possible I get the wedding video" I asked.

" ofcourse , let me see you if I still have some in my phone" she says.

She came back to me with her cellphone , she scroll through and she find some wedding video on her phone and send it to me.

I played the wedding video and saw this beautiful girl that I was holding, Shade quickly place place her hand on her her in the wedding video.

" That is she" she says pointing at her in the video.

I think I am familiar with this face but I don't know in what connection.

" Thanks very much" I said

After staying for a while , I and my brother had some few discussions before taking my leave, I drove back home .

I watched the video over and over, I could feel connection between us in that video. The way I held her hand in that Video, I have never held Jessica's hand that way, I have never looked at Jessica  the way I looked at Peju in that video.

I began to think of many things that why wasn't I told that I have been engaged to someone? Why did mom, Dad made me believe Jessica was the girl I was about to engage when I have already engage a girl instead they made me am engage someone else, I knew there wasn't connection between I and Jessica, I can feel it.

I kept watching the video until it got to the part of the engagement, it was true that I engaged her.

I became worried because she must be going through a lot right now , how can I find her, I would have asked mom about her but I don't think I want to because I know how much my mom hate Shade maybe she never liked Peju that is why they lied to me about Jessica and it would be better not to put her in trouble, I will take my time to find her.

How I wish I have her phone number and address, I would have gone there to find out.

Why did Jessica also join them in lying to me that we were in love and dated, I knew there was something  Really off about that girl.

I will try and find a way to look for her.

JULIANA

I was sitting by the pool relaxing expecting to hear the good news that both mother and the baby has been killed.

" Have you done the job? I asked .

"Ma, we couldn't because we lost target.

I lose my cool at that moment, I yelled at him in frustration.

" Are you crazy?! How could you say you lost target when I was counting on your job! Infact you are fired!, I do not want to see you anywhere close to my house! I said panting.

I barged into the house furiously.

I hissed .

I just didn't want any baby mama close to my man.

I want to be the only one in his life, the election is just few days ago, I do not want anyone using a baby as an excuse to go and meet with his baby mama , I want to enjoy my place as his wife , I don't want to be a trophy First Lady, I want to be that woman that will be loved by him alone, I have tried letting her have my man, it's now my turn and I want to enjoy it this time.

Once the election is over I am going  to get rid of that girl and her baby because I know that is how I can enjoy Kunle. I do not want that girl in the picture again!
