#Chapter28 I love You

The next time Audrey opened her eyes, she was met with the familiar ceiling of her room with the green luminescent glow in the dark stars her mother had once put up for her.

It was nostalgia for another time though cause at the moment she was in pain.

She winced out as she lightly touched her seemingly bandaged nose.

It was later that she realized that her head wasn't laying on a pillow and over further inspection, she looked up to see Damien's handsome face with his eyes closed and some of his hair falling over his forehead making him look more handsome than he already was.

She shook away the thoughts of how lucky she got with Damien and tried to lift her head up from Damien's lap who had fallen asleep sitting up straight.

That was a bad decision.

She yelped out in pain which rushed to her head, in turn, waking Damien up.

She laid her head back down on his lap with a grimace on her face.
