The Question-02

I got up from my chair and went to stand before herb. Then I held her hand and got on one knee. Everyone had shocked faces except Jace, who was laughing his ass off.

/"Uh Dre wha-what are you doing?/" Cat asked, confused.

/"Cat will you go on a date with me?/" I asked confidently.

/"What?/"

/"Will you go on a date with me?/" I repeated.

She immediately busted out a laugh. I was confused and a bit hurt. I meant, why would she laugh? Did that mean she doesn't want to go out with me?

/"Oh my gosh Dre who told you- hahaha I can't- wait give me a minute./"

I continued to look at her as she laughed her heart out. A couple more seconds and she finally calms down before saying,

/"I'm so sorry Dre you caught me off guard./"

/"Anyway I would love to go on a date with you./" she smiled.

/"Huh!?/"

/"I said I'd live to go on a date with you./"

/"So why were you laughing?/"
