Refining The Demon Core

Being left to be on his own, Ray just sat on the bed lost in his own thought. Pulling out the demon core that he took after killing the demon, Ray begins to observe the crystal in his hand with a frown on his face.

"How wish the system was still here, I would have known what to do with this core but here I am with no clue on what to do with it" said Ray to himself.

Giving it a try once more, Ray call on the system multiple times but there was no reply.

"I can believe that it is really not there anymore and it made it clear that it was sent to guide me on my journey, is this how you guide someone" mutter Ray to himself.

Ellis was not happy that Ray was feeling down and seeing him holding the core in his hand put a smile on his face as he heads back to sit on the bed.

"Hey, are you planning on refining the core" asked Ellis with a smile on his face.
