Chapter 37

Kehlani's POV

I already knew Draco was here, as weird as it sounds, I could smell him.

I open my eyes, ready to cower in embarrassment only to find him furiously bobbing his head, his eyes closed.

I took my time to laugh at his hideous appearance, his hair shuffled, his eyes shut tightly.

I watch him for a few more seconds before it got weird and cringey. I slowly took my buds from his ears and his eyes popped open.

"You're awake." He breathes, his ears tinting pink and I smirk.

"What are you listening to there?"

"Uh... I—" Knowing my playlist was mainly Melanie Martinez, Hayley Smalls, and Kehlani. *sniggers* I listen myself and find that he was listening to PIGGYBACK by Melanie Martinez.

"I love that song," I admit, turning it off.

"Yea, I've developed a liking to it also as you have seen." I laugh slightly before placing my headphones down.

We sit in silence, the tension growing by the minute, both of us not knowing what to say.
