The music suddenly shifted to a faster tempo, and they skipped in time with it, following the command of the melody. "You shall not find me."

He stood still. Gwen reached out to nothingness then returned to him. They continued with the side steps before he twirled her.

He leaned in slightly, his voice low and certain. "Do you truly believe there is anywhere on this earth you could go that I cannot find you?"

"I will find one." She returned.

She could have easily let the banter end, but it thrilled her. Arguing with Alexander had become so familiar that she hardly noticed how much she indulged him, and worse still, how much she enjoyed it. Another challenge was being constructed.

"And I will discover it." He chuckled, the sound was beautiful. "Believe me, Guinevere, I do enjoy the chase. Very much." His eyes were shining.
