Chapter 1: the beginning

July 1, 1980

In a hospital on the outskirts of Godric's Hollow,the cries of a baby could be heard on the 4th floor, the baby in question was now in the arms of a woman with brown hair and green eyes, his mother no doubt, held the baby with such gentleness and attention that we would believe that it could break just with the wind.

"Madam, he needs a name," said the nurse.

The woman looked at the baby and said in a last sigh "Benjamin, his name will be Benjamin"

These were the last words spoken by the mother of the baby, Benjamin, she slowly closed her eyes to never open them again.It was at this moment that the door of the room is two men dressed in capes are rushing into the room.

Both men were in their mid-thirties, one had hair as black as night is eyes just as black as his hair is the other had lighter hair but more ruffled than the other man he wore a pair of round glasses and had hazel eyes,these men were Sirius Black and James Potter.

"MARTHA", Sirius shouted his former friend's name as loud as he could, and woke Benjamin asleep in his mother's arms.

"BAHHHHHHHHHH" The cry of a baby could be heard throughout the hospital.

Sirius and James looked at the package in Martha's arms and stared at it, until the moment when the nurse looked at the two men and said with a feverish voice  "What are you doing here, you don't have permission"

James looked at her and then took out his wand, is said to be  "Obliviate" while pointing his wand at the nurse, who with glassy eyes go out of the room leaving the two men and the baby alone.

"What do we do?" says Sirius

"We erase the traces of his birth, we take him, I will keep him with Lily and we will raise him with Harry his will make him a brother to play with"  James says as he hugs Benjamin.

"Benjamin" Sirius said confused.

"Yes that's he's name.I used occlumency to see Martha's last moments through the memories of the nurse" James says, looking at the body of his former lifeless friend.

"oh" Sirius said, as he now understood "It could be dangerous for him to be in a Muggle  orphanage with everything that's going on right now," Sirius said, referring to the war against Voldemort and those supporters.

"Yes," James said as he took the baby, Benjamin, in his arms. The baby once settled looked at James and then began to laugh while raising those little arms to James' face.

"Your Name will be from now on, Benjamin Potter, I  protect you for Martha" James said with a smile.

  "And what do we do with Martha's body" said Sirius looking at the body of his friend disappeared with apparent sadness, "We must leave it the" said James then said very quickly seeing Sirius' expression "It is necessary because it would arouse suspicion if Martha's body disappeared, we must make believe that she died with the baby during childbirth" said James with a serious face "Is it not makes me happier than you Sirius" 

Sirius looked at his dead friend one last time and then turned  and disappeared to go to the Potters' house with James, seeing this James looked at Benjamin, now asleep, then turned around to disappear into the night, leaving behind his former friend's body.
