Not a Fix it fic, of course, some futures will change but the main focus will not be on fixing the future. SI: Mc is not reincarnated into this world Timeline: some characters might be younger or older disclaimer: So, most of this obviously belongs to J.K.Rowling. I'm just writing a fanfiction out of it. The attack of Diagon Alley

*Morpheus pov*

I stood up from my crouched position over the tub of blood I have been creating since summer started. A sigh escaped my lips as I left the room, sadly no rituals can be done there until that one is over with.

Walking over to my desk I picked up my wand twirling it absently around my fingers, "Albus huh," I murmured looking at the letter and deciding to ignore it for now

If my visions were to be correct he should have had some revelation about me but, it's not enough he should find more.

As I turned around to finally have something to eat I suddenly found myself standing in Diagon Alley, the first thing I noticed was the screams of terror followed by the green killing curses flying through the air.

Turning I walked out of the alley I found myself in and saw a group of five death eaters causing as much death and destruction as they possibly could.

Looking upward I saw Voldemort's mark hanging in the air. I'm sure the sight would be burned into the minds of all here today.

Shrugging I picked a direction and started to walk, obviously, this vision was coming to me for a reason. Stopping by the body of a deceased witch I bent down and looked at the paper she clutched in her hand.

The date was today interesting a little earlier than I first saw what made him change his mind?

Standing I resumed my walk knowing I would find the reason further ahead. As I walked the terrain started to shift the road turning to wood the terror-filled screams to silence, the empty space to walls.

I could hear a faint conversation in the distance. Because this was just a vision I decided to walk straight through the walls toward the conversation I was hearing.

"My Lord our attacks have been successful but, it seems the light has made a move, most of the families we were supposed to strike today were protected ambushes waiting for us. Two teams have been taken into custody," Lucius Malfoy spoke

I could practically sense the anger radiating from Tom's body, "were they important?" he asked containing his outrage

"No," Lucius shook his head, "Just some minor purebloods,"

Tom nodded, "What of your father, this all would be much easier with the support of another Lord,"

Lucius winced, "He is still undecided,"

"I am disappointed Lucius I really am," Tom spoke softly looking at the young heir

"Leave," Lucius nodded shakily leaving the room

Hmm, smart at least he didn't torture Lucius. If he did his father would definitely find out and Tom would lose any chance of ever getting house Malfoy. I'm sure Tom will choose to instead manipulate Lucius into killing his own father.

That's what I would do.

Yet all of this doesn't explain why he attacked Diagon Alley early.

For the first time in a really long time, I felt confused while looking at something in a vision. Just what was I supposed to be seeing?

I could feel my connection to the vision fade softly the world turning grey and crumbling but, right as Tom faded something caught my eye.

He was using glamour charms.

And just like that I was back in my manor and I knew why he accelerated his attack. It was a rather simple reason now that I think about it, he must be at four maybe five hourcuxes? His mind isn't stable he is hiding the side effects with glamour charms. At this stage, he wouldn't look exactly like he would in the future but he would look more reptilian. He still hasn't let go he wants to look like he always has charming and handsome.

I almost didn't spot it. But his mind is in chaos at this stage he is falling into madness he didn't change his plans for some grand reason.

He changed because he wanted to.

Luckily for him, it will be a couple of years or a couple more hourcuxes until he truly becomes insane and erratic.

This is just unpredictable.

"Diagon Alley," I tried to floo but they seemed to have blocked it

Apparation? Nope.

Phoenix ash it is.

"Diagon Alley,"

Stepping into a dark alley, the first thing I noticed was the stench of blood and then the screams of terror. The chaos was palpable, and the air crackled with dark magic. Death Eaters prowled the streets, their masked faces gleaming with malevolent glee as they unleashed destruction on the innocent. Green flashes of light, the signature of the Killing Curse, illuminated the alley, casting eerie shadows on the cobblestones.

With my wand in my hand, I moved, my eyes scanning the scene bodies lay strewn about, some still clutching wands, others crumpled in desperate attempts to shield themselves from the onslaught. The smell of fear and death was everywhere polluting the once peaceful street.

Ahead, a group of Death Eaters cornered a family—a witch, a wizard, and their young child. The parents stood protectively in front of the child, their wands raised, but the odds were hopelessly against them. One Death Eater raised his wand, and a green light shot toward the father, who crumpled to the ground.

I couldn't stand by any longer I'm usually not one for feelings but seeing that spell used in such a way urked my very soul. With a flick of my wrist, I beheaded one of them.

The group swirled, "Who are you!?"

"Lord Everglade," I replied with a small smile, "Thanks for this by the way," flicking my wand I turned away hearing the sound of their bodies being pierced through

Looking around I noticed there were more death eaters than there were in my vision. Not because Tom decided to change plans again but most likely they weren't important enough to actually be shown.

As I headed farther down I noticed more and more dead bodies specifically dead Death Eaters. It seems I wasn't the only one, not afraid of killing them.

They were lucky Tom didn't come himself as the body count would be much higher as well as the destruction.

Right as I made it on the scene I saw the Death Eaters leave and Aurors pour in. My eyes locked onto a figure barely breathing on the ground he clutched his wand tightly but his body was shaking feeling the side effects of the torture curse.

Were have I seen this man before?

"I must say it's impressive you managed to take so many of them out," I spoke crouching down to his level

"AURORS STOP!" I could feel the sheer number of wands pointed at me

Standing I turned around, "Finally you showed up, stop pointing your wands at me fools,"

"Also you should probably call for a healer, I think Moody here needs some help,"
