The journey of Morpheus will be long and daunting can he finally reach his goal? - Au: there will be many changes to the world of Harry potter, such as some Gods will exist, and so will demons and angels. Not a Fix it fic, of course, some futures will change but the main focus will not be on fixing the future. SI: Mc is not reincarnated into this world Timeline: some characters might be younger or older disclaimer: So, most of this obviously belongs to J.K.Rowling. I'm just writing a fanfiction out of it. The cover art is sadly, not mine. ————- (P) (A) (T) (R) (E) (O)(N) LINK: patreon.com/Boogie324

Creating a weapon

*Morpheus pov*

Adoring my gloves I first set out a mortar and pestle and then I took out an obsidian slab to carve into.

Nodding to myself I walked over to my left-most cabinet and began to search for a certain stock of vials I've kept, "I know it's here," I murmured in frustration

Finally, I found them toward the back of the rack, there were three vials made from old enchanted glass with cooling and preservation charms encasing them. Taking out the vials I set them on my table and began to search for a knife, a particular knife that could cut through the obsidian.

Seeing the knife was where I left it I picked it up with my right hand and held the obsidian slab with my left, I began to carefully crave info the obsidian my magic pulsing through the knife into the precious material. The effect was apparent as the knife began to carve through the obsidian-like butter slowly forming the shape I desired.

After what seemed to be only a few moments a shimmering black obsidian chalice was held in my hands. It oozed a deep magic current as if it was waiting to be made into a fully fleshed-out artifact. Sadly that was not in my plans for this particular piece of art.

Setting it on the table in front of me I removed the excess obsidian from the table and then took one of the vials in my hand. uncorking it the smell of bleed filled the room, the blood was strong and full of magic with just a whiff I'm sure the most normal human would succumb to temptation.

Slowly I poured the blood into my chalice, oh Vladimir would be so upset if he knew I had his blood. Next, I uncorked another vial and performed the same action this time the blood was from the second-oldest vampire Seline. Finally, I uncorked the third vial and poured it inside this blood was from one of the most bloodthirsty vampires to ever walk the lands, Carmilla.

The three different vampire bloods began to visibly react to one another, the blood began to boil and surge upward not quite making it up the chalice. I quickly grabbed the shade flower and put it into the mortar I carefully ground the flower into a fine powder using my enchanted mortar and pestle. Its essence released a subtle, creeping darkness that permeated the room.

Slowly I poured the powder into the chalice which calmed the blood almost instantly. Smiling slightly I made my way over to the box containing my recently purchased Wendigo heart.

I already felt a headache building, dealing with Wendigo hearts is rather annoying in processes such as this. They always seem to want to absorb everything even if they are just a heart.

Sighing I took out a syringe and inserted the needle into the beating heart, very slowly I drew back the plunger. Blood began to pull into the syringe, stopping before even halfway full I carefully held the syringe over the heart and began to push on the plunger causing small drops of blood to fall into the chalice.

After emptying the syringe I performed the action again and again until the blood inside the chalice began to bubble once more. Smiling I then took the heart and drained it of the remaining blood placing it into a vial this time.

Taking my knife I cut the heart into strips and then squares and placed them into the mortar. Next, I took the Rakshasa's teeth and placed them into the mortar, and began to grind up the teeth and heart meat into a fine paste-like powder reminiscent of wet sand.

Smiling I took a step back and looked at my progress so far, "More than halfway done," I mused with a soft chuckle

Shaking my head I decided to focus and finish what I'd already started. Before adding the grainy paste I took out a griffin feather and a feather from Negary. One represented the light and the other dark.

I brought both above the concoction and let go, they didn't float down like most would suspect but floated above. Their purpose was to balance the blood mixture while I was adding the paste. Raksha, Wendigo, Vampire. None of these things are from the same branch, same region if you will. They will clash violently especially since two of the ingredients are cannibalistic by nature and all of the ingredients are predators by nature.

Seeing the feathers were doing what they were meant to I added the paste, this time the blood did not boil nor did it calm it began to swirl like a vortex.

Nodding I added the Raksha tongue next it seemed to dissolve into the mixture but, it was actually consumed.

Finally, it was time to add the last component a small moonstone. As it entered the compound it too was consumed by the mixture. Picking up the chalice I began to mutter ancient words.

"Skótos anadyéte, fortisméno me ti dýnamī tou fengariú," my hand moved rhythmically swirling the chalice

"To aíma ton archaíon prostíthetai, psithyrízontas ta mystiká tis nýchtas,"

"Stis skiés to shadeflower choreúei"

"Me tin orgí tou fengariú, to Moonstone lámpei"

"Me pterýgio skoteinó, ton Griffin isorropī́"

"katanalónei aíma,"

"katavrochthízei ton fílo sou,"

The blood began to morph and bubble and an air of carnage began to form inside of the room.

Finally, as the last words left my lips, "Diadóste kai katavrochthíste," the blood calmed

The deep red color now was speckled with dark black swirls. The grin on my face felt like it could never waver.

Taking a portkey I already prepared I activated it and disappeared from my lab, I arrived inside a forest close to Vladimir's castle. Smiling I headed out of the forest I was on the very edge after all.

Soon I saw small lights signaling my arrival to civilization, I spotted a couple of friends leaving a bar and knew what I needed to do.

Walking close to them I used a simple confusion spell, "Drink, it will make you feel better," I said softly

The first friend was a blonde twenty-something girl with striking blue eyes nodded confused and drunk, "Sure," she mumbled

She took a couple of sips from the chalice and then I moved on to the next a brown haired girl. Then the next, another blond, and finally a red-haired man. He finished the last of my concoction.

I felt no remorse as this area was simply a feeding ground for the vampires, these people are around the age where the vampires will take them and feed whilst using magic to cover up the disappearance.

This way they can at least contribute to the end of their killers.
