These are talent ranks, for talents and levels of skill:

1- horrible

2-below average/faulty

3-normal

4-above average/uncommon

5-talented/rare

6-excellent/unique

7-genius/special

8-extraordinary/legendary

9- monster

10-divine

Examples:

Charms: 4 (Above Average)

Transfiguration: 7 (Genius)

For skills its more like this

Occlumency(Level 0)

Or

Occlumency(Level 6)
