The best date ever?

At night, we both go to the fancy restaurant that I booked for a dinner.

As we arrived, we were greeted by receptionist. He's young and charming person. Wearing black suit while waiting for a guest.

"Hello there. What can I help you, sir and madam?" He said politely.

"We already booked for two people. The name under was Toru." I replied while showing him my receipt.

He nodded and stepped aside and open the door for us. We thanked him and stepped inside.

As soon as we entered the dining hall, the atmosphere inside was very different from other restaurants. starting from the decoration, the guest service, the smell of the aroma of the food, it's delicious and interesting.

Later, a waiter approach us and lead us towards our table with my name on it.

After that, we ordered our food and waiting while make some conversation.

"So... how good so far? I mean the date." I asked awkwardly.

She was dumbfounded by the place and didn't realized I was talking to her. A second later, she back to her sense and looking at me with awkward flustered face.

"Uh, what Toru? Sorry I didn't quiet catch what you said..." she excused while rubbing her neck nervously.

I smiled. Probably this is first time I saw her dumbfounded like that. Maybe because she didn't get used at Japan yet?

"You looked amazed. Does this place really took your sense that much?" I chuckled.

"Y-yeah. I mean, when I was at America lived with my father, I rarely get out or 'date'. So, it really does strucked me deep." She explained with a bit sad tone.

'So, she didn't get out that much, huh?' I thought inwardly.

"Oh, Shiori. Speaking of America. What did you do while lived there? You do must have many friends right?"

"Yeah, I do. Just a couple of my friends that's all. However not that long, after that I was moved here to my mother's house." She replied.

"I see. What about your parents? It's okay if you don't want to tell me."

She paused. She seems like don't want to talk about them huh? I should change the subject.

"Anyway! The food is really taking a time huh? Just I expected from the five-star restaurant!" I quickly changed the subject.

She's chuckled. Of course, she noticed why I would like to change subject. She then shooke her head.

"Thanks, Toru."

"Huh? For what?" I asked innocently.

She chuckled. "Oh you. Nothing at all, idiot." She continue with an annoyed face.

A few minutes later, the waiter brought us our dinner. After the waiter gave us all our ordered meal, they leave us alone to enjoy our meal.

While we were enjoying our meal, we also talk about today's date. I glad that she enjoy our date this far.

"So, Toru. Why do you asked me out for date, actually? Honest with me."

I stuttering while trying to respond her question.

"I see. No need to tell me the reason, I already know it."

"Wait, you knew?? How?!"

"By your reaction, dummy. This is Hikari's planned to bring me into your household right?"

'What?! Am I that easy to be figured out?' I thought inwardly.

She just laughed knowing that she figured it out. Then, my face became flustered and embarrassed.

"Yeah, so what?? If you want to reject just say so, Shiori!"

"Oh silly. Of course I want to join! But I can't suddenly ask that, no?"

"You want??" My eyes widen after i heard her replied with a nonchalantly face.

After that, we ate in a silence. Later, we pay our bill and walking back to school.

As we walked back to the school we were also in silence walk. Accompanied by moonlight and cold night.

An hour later, I send her back to her dorm. Due to her not my household member, she can't stay with me so she will stay at girl dorm.

[Girl's Dorm]

At the girl dorm, a warden already waiting for Shiori at the front gate.

Shiori quickly enter the gate and turn at me. She put her hand behind her back and leaned down.

"Thanks for tonight, Toru. I really appreciate it." She said smiled.

"Yeah. I also want to thanked you for accepted my invitation for this date, Shiori."

"Don't be sad, Toru. Maybe, I'm not your family member...yet. But this date probably increases my interest to join your house soon."

"Heh. You know with your word huh? Hope you will join mine soon, Shiori."

She smirked as she approached me. She lean closer to my face and then...

Smooch!

She kissed me on my cheek. Then, caressing it gently. She started into my eyes for a while with gentle smile on her face.

"Good night, Toru~" she said while turning her back at me then walked inside the dorm.

I was dumbfounded and speechless. For a while, my mind was blank and my body was frozen by her sudden kiss.

As I stood there like a stone. The warden wake me up by tap my shoulder. After I back into my sense, I realised Shiori already went inside and only me left there.

Afterwards, I walked back to my house alone.

At my home, I was greeted by Hikari. She waiting for me on the couch while watching TV.

"Welcome home, honey~ how's the date? I bet it was going smoothly!" She said while hug me proudly.

I still silent in my thoughts thinking about earlier. Unintentionally, my hand caressing my cheek that was kisses by Shiori. Then, I back to my senses and see Hikari with jealous pout on her face.

"Hmph. I know you have a best date with Shiori, but you can't neglected your first woman right here!" She said as she turn her face away while still pouting.

'She's cute while mad...' I said inwardly.

"Uh sorry. What should I do to make it up for you?"

"Hehe~" she leaned closer and tracing my jawline with her slender finger.

"There." She pointed at our my bedroom.

I gulping. I understand what she meant by that... her "time".

I sighed. "As you wish, Hikari..."

Then, we have a full night to "make up" with her. Well, if you know what I mean by that. What can I say, I almost dried out...
